Kevin Zelaes: By far the worst place I have stayed in Cartagena. The very first day when we got the to the hotel and as soon as we walked in the room it felt like we were in an oven. The AC unit wasn’t working and every time we left the room it will turn off. How can that be possible in a city that is always hot!!! The second day the lights kept going out and in the middle of the night and by that turning off the AC again. By the third day and forward there was no water or little water coming out from the showers or sink and horrible smell coming out. Not only that you couldn’t sleep well due to all the music outside the hotel and people screaming and singing like crazy and they have the audacity to post sign saying to be silent as people are trying to sleep. There were music playing and people singing in the next rooms as well way over past midnight. I will never use this place again and I hope others don’t either. They claim in their website that they have DirecTV and other live streams but another lie. On the last day they turned off the lights and water, once that happened the AC once again was turned off making the room hot again. The only good thing was the cleaning staff, other than that everything else was the horrible. The worst of the worst place!!

Jorge ivan Rodriguez: Engañosa galeria de imágenes vs la realidad, no caigan en la publicidad de sus atractivas fotos, en la actualidad, mayo 2022 se encuentran remodelando al parecer solo la fachada pero jamás lo dirán, solo cuando llegas te llevarás una gran decepción, una fachada horrorosa, casi no se distingue que allí funcione un hotel, desde la entrada hasta los pisos superiores se nota el abandono, igual ya te han asegurado con un 30% de anticipo entonces difícilmente perderás ese dinero, reservé una habitación para 4 personas pero la verdad parece que las hicieran caber a la fuerza, una cama prácticamente encima de la otra, una cocineta con las hornillas casi encima de el cabecero de la cama y una mini nevera que también te emite un calor insoportable en la cara, no hay derecho, si son 4 personas por que te dejan 2 mini jabones y apenas 2 toallas?, es el colmo, te asomas a la ventana trasera y se ve peor que la fachada, un basurero supremamente desagradable, el colchón de la cama doble cumplió su ciclo hace rato, se deforma al punto que fácilmente te puedes salir de el, un baño que por la escasa ventilación emana olores producto de sus propias tuberías que retornan en ultimas a la habitación, muy mala experiencia la que brinde a mi familia y nunca los recomendaría, fue un total desatino además por que ni siquiera te informan al llegar con algún anuncio de disculpe las molestias por remodelación aunque sea, personal que actúa como robots y cero amabilidad ni interés en el huésped, son como máquinas que solo quieren producir y producir pero no invierten ni cuidan los huespedes
