Farrah Powell: This restaurant was suggested by the folks at Carmen. So we were eager to try them. The host was warm and welcoming, and we were ushered to the bar while we waited for a table to be ready. We ordered some stellar cocktails and were soon seated. Our service took our drinks to our table and got us settled quickly. We ordered the queso with chorizo to share, which was delightful, although we could have taken a few extra tortillas. Our mains included a hamburger, pork ribs with passion fruit sauce, and the chiccaron octopus. This is where the disappointment hit us smack dab in the face. The flavors were delicous, but the burger was dry and crumbly. The octopus was tough and rubbery. The pork ribs were extremely inedible, I could not cut them with the steak knife. They needed to be braised for hours. The passion fruit sauce was so yummy, so that was a huge disappointment. Our server never returned to check on us, so we were never able to alert him to the issues with entrees. On the plus side, the restaurant has live music, and the entertainers put on a great show. So we still had an excellent time.

Iam “YourBuddy” Didi: Wow. Seriously amazing food and ambiance! It’s on the pricey side but worth every peso. From start to finish we had delicious and beautiful dishes. Finally some real Mexican food! Full of flavour and soul. We (party of 2) shared a cazuela de alambre and tostadas de atún for starters, then had tacos pirata and grilled tuna. After all that dessert seemed promising, so we had the pistachio cheese cake and the coconut flan. Again, delicious! (The cheese cake could be shared by 2 people btw.) The service was excellent and I had what is probably the best cocktail I’ve ever had (a mariachi). Cherry on top, we were lucky to have live music when we were there.Long story short: highly recommend. 10/10. Would do it again.

Tanja: Disgusting, moldy rooms and a dirty hostel overall. The staff is also very slow, preferring to joke with each other rather than work when necessary. It took us about half an hour to check in, although no one was queuing and it was our turn right away. The rooms are moldy and damp and the bathrooms unacceptable. Considering the circumstances, we skipped breakfast.

This definitely adds to the fun atmosphere in the hostel. Furthermore, there were lots of toilets and showers, so you never had to wait your turn. They were always clean. Li-Anne Cyr: My only bad experience in 3 months traveling in different hostels in Colombia. First night, a robber was in our dorm. Second night, they made a mistake and assigned someone else in my bed but didn’t assigned me to another bed. Mistakes happen but the way they managed it wasn’t done with kindness. They never apologized and made me feel like I was annoying them. This hostel is too big for the staff to genuinely care for their guest.

Seriously, the quality of the pillow and the mattress are very good!The staff is very friendly and can help you if you need anything. Very safe, all the rooms have lockers and they don't let people from outside in. The room also have AC at night. You can use the swimming pool until 10pm and even drink a small cocktail in the afternoon (honestly no the best, but still ok). Also, they have nice breakfast in the morning included in the price.Highly recommend this place!!!Walkability: Very close to the historical centre and on probably the best district for food/going out and cuteness of the area.

They want the time to start when you order and it takes them almost 15 minutes to deliver 3 tacos. 2nd. I ordered pastor, asada and carnitas. Pastor y asada the meat was already bitter and I had to return the carnitas because they were inedible, that is, they were very bad. The service seems that they are not paid very well. The place is empty and there is only one reason, since it is in a good place, it is that it does not have what it takes for a good restaurant: quality, quantity and price. Don't waste your time or money.

Mike Chicago: I saw a recommendation from someone on facebook talking about this place having awesome drinks and nachos. I didn't know it was in a mall, and certainly didn't know it was in a food court. It was relatively empty, and the decor was nice so we went in. I think they are short on menus...one menú was dropped off (for two people), and after we ordered drinks and appetizers, the server tried (twice) to grab the menu. We told her we hadn't ordered the main meal yet, so we still needed it. Later, our 2 margaritas and 2 apps were dropped off, and the server took the menu. The Fresca Margarita tasted ok, but was small, and the basil that was in it was chopped up and sat in the bottom, so you couldn't drink the whole thing without getting a mouthful of mush. The apps we got were Derretiro Entre Cuate, and Guacamole. Both were pretty good, and looked great, but the cheese wasn't hot enough to be melted, so it had to be cut up with a knife.The main courses we ordered were Volcán vegetariano and Crunchy Burrito. The Volcán dish was ok. The crunchy burrito was not crunchy, and not a burrito. It was meat and beans rolled into a dough and fried till soft. It came with 5 other little bowls to add to the burrito. I asked for extra jalapeños and had to convince the server that I knew it came with jalapeños, I wanted extra jalapeños.It was really expensive for a food court, and in my opinion, not worth it.
