Daniella Fast: Our Airbnb host was great and our suite was nice for the amount of money in which it cost. The pool and the view are great as is the location. The only thing that drops this from a 5 to a 4 is the staff and some of the building policies. The staff of the building were unfriendly and didn’t seem to like children. Some of the rules of the building were ridiculous. The gym, which I had never seen anyone use while I was here, was only open at certain hours which seems unreasonable given the variety in visitors’ schedules. 13 year old teenagers were not allowed to use the pool without parents present.

La vue depuis l'appartement est magnifique sur la mer. L'immeuble est situé dans la zone Boca Grande. Le logement est propre, spacieux et très confortable et agréable. Nous passons un très bon séjour.
Papá Oso: Stayed here for our stay 8n Cartegena Colombia 🇨🇴 nice spot. Was a two bedroom ocean view apartment..with kitchen,dining room, living room,washer dryer and a great pool. Beach was 25 yards away. Great time. Will be rebooking soon.

Stefano Arasi: The hotel in general is not bad. However, the collaboration of the reception staff was bad, following a small inconvenience on a higher rate in a vague and unclear way. Although I asked to speak to a manager, he didn't show up. There is a serious lack of effective soundproofing in the rooms, so that at various times of the day one is disturbed by other residents or service personnel. The hotel was also undergoing renovation work which I was not advised of until I arrived at the hotel.

Daniela rios: Very bad experience. I went on vacation for 4 days, I booked with the compensation agreement and at no time did they make it clear that the pool was under maintenance. Regarding the room, I paid for the most expensive suite and there was not a single day in which I did not wake up due to the noise of the construction, I could not have meetings from my quiet PC due to the noise. The price seems absurd to me to have such a bad experience. One understands that maintenance and works must be done but that they have never made it clear to me and that when I arrive at the hotel they tell me that they give me the option of going to another hotel one day, it does not seem the best to me. I made the decision to go there for a reason.I complained at check out and they didn't give me any solution. The last straw
