samira ezqueda: Booking Cartagena Nanny was the best decision. We are so glad they sent Alba who is an amazing nanny and human being. We felt so comfortable right from meeting her as she was warm and kept our toddler entertained with many activities and games. I would recommend this company and will be booking again on out next trip.

Claire Dickson: We reached out to Cartagenanny after reading some reviews on trip advisor and other blogs. They were very responsive and were able to confirm the dates, times, and rates with us very efficiently. We needed help for a few nights, plus a day out on a boat. We were assigned Alba and she was wonderful. Our Spanish wasn’t the best and so we used google translate for to communicate, which was actually very easy. Alba was very caring and engaged with our baby, and she quickly put us at ease. Everyone in our group mentioned how impressed they were with how attentive and caring Alba was, and that her level of engagement was very high. We absolutely loved working with CARTAGENANNY and will definitely use their services again on our next trip to Colombia.
Noor Oweis: We traveled to Cartagena for a wedding and Cartagenanny was able to send the same nanny for our infant son 3 days in a row. The nanny was punctual, professional, and communicative. Sabrina Cordeiro: Cartagenanny was the greatest addition to our trip to Cartagena. Alba instantly bonded with our girls (6 months and 3 years). She came every morning M-F and did crafts, games, songs etc. The girls loved her warmth and humour, and she did an amazing job teaching them Spanish. Lilianna was also incredible, communicative, and helped secure sitters in last minute situations. Finally, KidZone Cartagena is highly recommended! Thank you Cartagenanny!

Alexander Pinzon: PELIGROSO...INRESPONSABLES... Me quede en estes hotel en el mes de mayo, mi madre sufrio un accidente alrededor de la picina y este hotel no cuenta con personal entrenado, ni tienen ningun protocolo para estos casos. Mi mama se callo y perdio el sentido por unos minutos y el salvavidas que estaba cerca me trajo una crema para untarle. Se nota la falta de conocimiento en un accidente asi, nunca fue llamada una ambulancia para inmobilizarlar,me toco levantarla despues de su caida y llevarla al hospital en un taxi. El resultado de la caida fueron 3 costillas fracturadas y una vertebra. Hasta el momento no he escuchado nada de el hotel or de la aseguradora del hotel. Si busca un sitio seguro y con mayor sentido de responsabilidad. no se hospeden en el Hilton de cartagena.

Liegen waren immer vorhanden.Upgrade auf Meerblick als Statusmitglied habe ich bekommem.Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern eingerichtet, auch gut zum Arbeiten ausgestattet.Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, gerade bei den lokalen Gerichten kann man fast jeden Tag was neues ausprobieren. Station für Omelett und frische Säfte.Executive Lounge von 12-20 Uhr geöffnet mit kleinen Snacks, Obst, Limonaden und Kaffeemaschine und durchgehend mit 2 freundlichen Mitarbeitern besetzt. 18-20 Uhr gibt es kleine warme Gerichte, Vorspeisen, Nachspeisen, Bier,Rotwein und Weisswein. Es war bis auf das Wochende nicht überlaufen und hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht.Zu Fuss kann man mehrere Restaurants und Bars erreichen und durch Bocagrande bummeln, Ich habe mich auch abends sicher gefühlt.

Lorena LM: Absolutely amazing hotel, a truly 5-star experience! Staff are incredible and go out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasant. From Jesus welcoming special guests to the mayordomos (thank you Rudy, Diego, Amaury and Armando!) and everyone else in the hotel. The facilities are stunning and full of history and the food is amazing in all restaurants. I highly recommend the restaurant 1621 for amazing fine dining! Can’t wait to go back one day!
Gianluca Mazzanti: Siamo stati al Santa Clara per la nostra luna di miele un totale di 5 giorni a metà giugno 2023. È stata un'esperienza divina: servizio impeccabile, cibo squisito (colazione DA SOGNO) e infrastruttura meravigliosa. Unica pecca la mancanza di chiarezza riguardo il sistema delle mance. In Colombia è usanza lasciare una mancia pari al 10% del totale del conto. Ma non ci hanno spiegato bene che al momento del check out, per ogni notte ci hanno addebitato (con un sistema di mance centralizzato) circa 40€ (!). Il problema è che la mancia comunque dovrebbe essere una cosa volontaria, ma al momento di firmare ogni conto, comunque ti viene chiesto quanto desideri lasciare come mancia... Quindi abbiamo dato mance a ogni pasto, cocktail ecc. e in più ci hanno addebitato quei 40€ per ogni giorno che hanno aumentato cospicuamente il saldo da pagare a fine soggiorno. Comunque sia consigliatissimo!!!!!

Karen McNeill: This place is worth every penny! The people are beautiful, welcoming, and most of all kind. The rooms are a little outdated, but for the most part you don’t spend a lot of time in your room. The hotel has everything you need and it’s conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you. I highly recommend this place. They nailed “customer service”! I will return!

Kids loved the pool and the restaurant hostess were just lovely with the kiddos.Looved the selection at breakfast. During evening time staff performs a beautiful ritual lighting candles around the hotel, honoring its historical tradition of the claustro. Everything is link to its rich culture.So easy to walk around and get to know the walled city and the beautiful streets!
