Carolina Perdomo: These mothers cancelled our reservation and we have a baby with us. Extremely horrible, they charge you a lot more than they tell you. Do not trust budget. If I could I would give zero stars, extremely horrible customer service.

Vianed Valencia: Terrible service, the girl in charge of receiving the client is rude, zero empathy with the client's needs, arriving at the last minute from a scheduled trip to pick up the car, it turns out that they do not have the vehicle available and they invent a thousand and one excuses, fortunately we We went to the Localiza company that was next door and in half an hour they were delivering the car to us. I definitely do NOT recommend them at all.

DAVIS DUENAS: This office located in the cartagena airport is the worst office in buget. the office manager Liliana Sanchez is very unprofessional. I had to cancel the first reservation and this person cancels the second reservation I made without any authorization. also they do not help you to solve the problem but they wash their hands saying that it is the customer's fault. I always book through buget but I will not use this office in Cartagena again.
Sebastian Ochoa: We booked a car to pick up at 7:30pm. There was nobody available, the office was closed and there was a number posted to call for help. Nobody answered. Beware of this rental place. They will take your money but not provide you with a car. They website allows you to rent a car but there is no one at the budget airport office after 5pm, and nobody you can call.

Ahmad Naggayev: Total scammers. They send this traffic violation notice after car was returned. When I checked my passport number with Traffic Police database nothing was there, imagine they tried scam me by demanding more or less $600. Where in this world penalty comes with more or less amount. Antonio and Raul stay away from both of them or talk about everything upfront if you don’t want surprise charges. By everything I mean urging them to charge every penny only after mutual agreement and with certain receipts.

Arian Wharff-Galvis: On January 26 I arrived in Cartagena on the Spirit flight from Forth Lauderdale, FL. I had rented a car to transport me to the municipality of Puerto Colombia. Unfortunately the person who was the receptionist was humiliating and disrespectful. I asked for his name and he refused to give it. Every worker should be required to have a way to identify themselves. This is the first time I have had such negative customer service. After a 6 hour flight and only 2 hours of sleep the night before, you arrive tired and exhausted. It all started with the way he took care of me, he left me waiting in front of the desk while he answered his cell phone, no kindness and a challenging attitude. She told me that I had to understand why or else she was going to be aggressive with me, I told her that she didn't have to be. When I was asking my questions regarding insurance payment, which I had previously done online, he told me that stressed people like me ALWAYS HAVE ACCIDENTS. I can't understand how a person who works in a car rental company refers to a client in that way. And if, given the case, the client is dissatisfied with the way the information is given, the employee will do everything possible to find a solution and agreement with the client, but a defiant attitude towards the client is unacceptable. She was haughty. He denied me the car rental. Honestly, he is an unpleasant person to be in front of a desk and serve customers who come from long flights. I decided to go to the neighboring business of AVIS and the treatment, professionalism, and kindness was very noticeable. So much so, that he can rent a much larger car and zero kilometers without any problem, with insurance included and satisfied with the service. I felt so comfortable in the way the AVIS employee treated me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUDGET AT CARTAGENA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
Humdrum: Great service with a smile and they speak English for those who can't speak Spanish. Located right outside the baggage claim of the airport it offers plenty of options for vehicles to rent. The cars are located steps away from the office and they will help you to your vehicle and load up your belongings. First rate staff all the way, budget should be very proud of them.

Mark Dutter: Don't use this place!!! They will do everything possible to scam you! If you do not purchase THEIR insurance, they will hold a $1,000 deposit. They will also charge your card a week after you leave the country for $168 telling you that you received a speeding ticket, but they will not provide a copy of them ticket. USE ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM!!!

Juan Benito: Horrible experience. They give no evidence whatsoever of the return, but they demand a fingerprint to give the car. Five employees sitting doing nothing but chatting, and they take 10 minutes to acknowledge the client. Old, damaged and dirty car that can’t be driven due to local plate restrictions. They should have provided one without restrictions during the four-day rental period. Cartagena local branch doesn’t respond to WhatsApp or pick up the phone.I inquired about returning the useless car before the restricted day and I was told in writing that they will refund the unused days. Now they drag their feet and they won’t refund anything to my credit card for months if ever. Thievery as corporate policy. A chargeback dispute with the credit card is the only solution.

Katie Fisken: Cartagena Connections is such a fantastic way to see the city and experience the local culture. Kristy is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of the local community and that shines through on her tours! I attended the street food tour and I cannot recommend it enough! If you're wanting to dabble in street food and learn the local ways then this is the tour for you! More broadly Cartagena Connections is the one stop shop for info on all of the best spots in town!
Kristi Vanskiver (Whisky Wanderlust): Kristy was an amazing guide and extremely helpful when trying to accomodate our vegan friend on the street food tour. There is really limited options for a vegan but she really made us all feel welcome and included. She is a wealth of knowledge on history and culture of Cartagena and makes the information fun and engaging. I really couldn't recommend the tour more. It's way more than just a food tour!

Planning our tours was hassle free and communication through WhatsApp was quick.Daniel showed us around the Bazurto Market, he shared history while showing us the market, sampling local fruit, snacks, and some hidden gems. We finished with lunch, which was some of the most delicious food we had during our trip to Colombia.We also booked a private boat tour of the Rosario Islands, where Ana helped coordinate our day and itinerary. She made everything so easy and since our group speaks very limited Spanish, she was well appreciated through out the day.Everything worked out so well, the guides were excellent, these two tours exceeded our expectations and were the most fun activities during our trip to Colombia!

He will take you to try 2 types of arepas, empenadas, deditos and much more, beer included! The response I got via email was about the tour including beach time, lunch etc. I replied saying that I was not interested in the tour. They said fine they would look if the transport was available. Never got back to me. Update your website if not offering the service and don't waste people's time.
Elizabeth Grewe: Had the best experiences with Cartagena Connections! They set us up with a coffee tasting at Cafe Del Mural that completely changed how we thought about coffee. Unforgettable, delicious, very educational. Then we did a market tour with Dan, he was so friendly and knew the maze of the alleys and stalls well. Definitely go with a guide. Dan had great vibes and helped us buy produce. He made sure we got to try local juice and fruit and surprised us with a souvenir at the end, a customized poster from a local artist. Communication with March at CC before, during and after the experiences was friendly, responsive and helpful. Recommend working with them for all sightseeing and touristic needs!

I sent multiple emails confirming the experience I wanted, asked if it was still available and never heard back from anyone. Do not waste your time with this company. There are better ones in Cartagena.

I did not count but we had like ten snacks, fruits and drinks. But warning: You need to be into fried stuff and cheese but when you are you will love this experience.

Daniel Arbeláez: The audio did not work so you do not receive the tour you booked, when you ask for help they tell you to file a complaint but you have to go to the office and you are on a bus on the other side of the city.
Haim Levy: No air condition in the bus (also on the lower floor).The bus don't arrive to the stations at time.

Barry Kaiser: I typically use a sightseeing tour like this during my first day in a new city to get a feel for it. I have used Citysightseeing Tours in other cities, but this experience was well below expectations. Firstly, there didn’t seem to be any central stop where an employee would be located to answer questions and buy tickets. Instead, I had to deal with a tout selling me the ticket, which wasn’t a great experience. Secondly, the tour has too many long stops (5 to 10 mins). Thirdly, the audio narrative was quite limited. I listened to a lot of music during my tour… Finally, the bus took a shortcut and we missed part of the tour. If you are interested in a service like this in Cartagena, I suggest trying another tour company.

Isabel Ferraris: Nice walk to have an overview of Cartagena. 3 of the 14 stations could not be visited. There were delays of up to 15 minutes at the stops.
Nathan avl: The worst experience I have ever had. No guidance from the tour guide. Had to walk back to the port as the times was not correct. No local shopping. The walking tour was limited.

Claudia Prado: Excellent option to tour the whole city. I recommend doing the whole tour in 1 go (it's about 1 hr long) and get the views, the stories and then do the hop on hop off in the places you want to explore more. Being in the bus helps with the heat quite a bit so it's nice to have so many stop options.
José Carlos Checoli Figueiredo: Its not good as other similar services in other cities in the world. The bus instructions are not very well synchronized so some comments are confusing. The buses do not have a/c and the walking tour takes too long in “friends” magazines.

Tatiana Vélez Fuentes: It is more what one expects from the bus than what happens on it. It was not possible to do the walk because the guide spoke all the time in Spanish. In the end, the same bus guides recommended that we walk instead of waiting for the bus. Expensive and not recommended service.
Alfredo Duque: Excellent for getting to know Cartagena, the tour is done in a single day, although you can use the transport for two days.
William Herrera Echeverri: A nice experience to know the city by this means. I recommend boarding it early and getting off and enjoying the places at each stop.
