The telephone service is AWESOME, I was interested in buying a Voslkswagen van and I called to quote but it was impossible for them to attend me. There were 7 calls, of which they passed me from one extension to another, they hung up on me, I spoke with the Commercial Manager who transferred me to another extension but unfortunately the communication was not successful. The manager's apology was that "perhaps since it was noon"... that apology is unacceptable since the schedule indicates that they work continuously. In view of the fact that it was not possible for them to attend me, I called the dealership in Barranquilla and they answered me again from Cartagena, I asked that they contact me with Barranquilla and it was not possible either. Given this unfortunate attention, I bought the truck at the Bogota dealership, where the attention was quick and excellent. Te cobran el seguro de vida y luego te lo vuelven a cobrar en el prestamo.2. Te dicen que el interes es fijo de un 10 % pero luego te añaden un interes variable de casi un 6% adicional.3. Tambien te cobran otro recibo adicional de 75.000 pesos ni se sabe porque concepto.4. Te dicen que no pagas nada hasta final de mes siguiente y sin embargo al solicitar los recibos te indican que el pago siempres es del 1 al 15 con el problema que a dia 7 aun no estaba en la plataforma para poder pagar, solo el famoso recibo de 75.000 que no se sabe que es.Ademas pague ese recibo y no desaparece con lo que sale que esta pendiente, ellos tienen un sistema informatico precario, nada confiable el cual genera muchas dudas de como se va a resolver el pago de todas esas letras con ellos ya que por lo visto hasta la fecha no cumplen nada.Puse una reclamacion en la pagina de porche movilidad y de todos estos puntos apenas me contesto uno una chica en una llamada ni siquiera un correo escrito (como si fuese una empresa ilegal
