Camila Goez: We had a terrible experience with this company, first no one was present for the reservation so we had to wait over an hour after incessantly calling for someone to come and give us the car we had rented out, second, they have an extremely sketchy way of dealing with the credit card we used, and finally they are currently taking weeks longer than originally stipulated to return the deposit and keep giving us excuses about why it's taking so long to return. Would never use again and would never recommend.

Al momento de la devolución la señora Mónica que trabaja allá me informó que el carro tenía un rayón en el bomber y que me iban a descontar el dinero de mi targeta de crédito.le dije que mi aseguradora podía evaluar el costo del rayón y ella respondió que ellos no aceptan que se arreglen los carros por otras personas que no sean ellos.(por supuesto para dñpoder quedarsen con parte del depósito

Carolina Perdomo: These mothers cancelled our reservation and we have a baby with us. Extremely horrible, they charge you a lot more than they tell you. Do not trust budget. If I could I would give zero stars, extremely horrible customer service.

DAVIS DUENAS: This office located in the cartagena airport is the worst office in buget. the office manager Liliana Sanchez is very unprofessional. I had to cancel the first reservation and this person cancels the second reservation I made without any authorization. also they do not help you to solve the problem but they wash their hands saying that it is the customer's fault. I always book through buget but I will not use this office in Cartagena again.
Sebastian Ochoa: We booked a car to pick up at 7:30pm. There was nobody available, the office was closed and there was a number posted to call for help. Nobody answered. Beware of this rental place. They will take your money but not provide you with a car. They website allows you to rent a car but there is no one at the budget airport office after 5pm, and nobody you can call.

Ahmad Naggayev: Total scammers. They send this traffic violation notice after car was returned. When I checked my passport number with Traffic Police database nothing was there, imagine they tried scam me by demanding more or less $600. Where in this world penalty comes with more or less amount. Antonio and Raul stay away from both of them or talk about everything upfront if you don’t want surprise charges. By everything I mean urging them to charge every penny only after mutual agreement and with certain receipts.

Arian Wharff-Galvis: El 26 de Enero llegué a Cartagena en el vuelo de Spirit, procedente de Forth Lauderdale, FL. Había rentado un carro para transportarme hacia el municipio de Puerto Colombia. Desafortunadamente la persona que estaba como recepcionista fue humillante e irrespetuosa. Pregunte por su nombre y se negó a darlo. Se debe exigir que todo trabajador tenga una manera de identificarse. Es la primera vez que tengo una atención al cliente tan negativa. Después de 6 horas de vuelo y con sólo 2 horas de haber dormido la noche anterior, se llega cansado y agotado. Todo inició en el manera como me atendió, me dejó esperando frente al escritorio mientras respondía su celular, nada de amabilidad y una actitud retadora. Me dijo que yo tenía que entender porque o sino iba a ser agresiva conmigo, le dije que no tenía que serlo. Cuando estaba haciendo mis preguntas en relación con el pago del seguro, que ya lo había hecho anteriormente por internet, me dijo que personas estresadas como yo SIEMPRE TENIAN ACCIDENTES. No consigo entender que una persona que trabaja en un compañía de alquiler de autos se refiera de esa manera a un cliente. Y si dado el caso el cliente está inconforme con la marea como se da la información, el empleado hará lo posible por buscar un solución y acuerdo con el cliente, pero inaceptable un actitud desafiante hacia el cliente. Fue altanera. Me negó el alquiler del auto. Sinceramente es una persona desagradable para estar frente a un escritorio y atender a clientes que vienen de largos vuelos. Decidí ir al negocio vecino a AVIS y el trato, el profesionalismo, y la amabilidad fue muy notorios. Tanto fue así, que puede rentar un auto mucho más grande y cero kilómetros sin ningún problema, con seguro incluido y satisfecho por la atención. Me sentí tan a gusto en la manera como el empleado a AVIS me atendió. NO RECOMIENDO BUDGET EN EL AEROPUERTO INTERNACIONAL DE CARTAGENA.
Humdrum: Great service with a smile and they speak English for those who can't speak Spanish. Located right outside the baggage claim of the airport it offers plenty of options for vehicles to rent. The cars are located steps away from the office and they will help you to your vehicle and load up your belongings. First rate staff all the way, budget should be very proud of them.

Mark Dutter: Don't use this place!!! They will do everything possible to scam you! If you do not purchase THEIR insurance, they will hold a $1,000 deposit. They will also charge your card a week after you leave the country for $168 telling you that you received a speeding ticket, but they will not provide a copy of them ticket. USE ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM!!!
