Hidden Findings: I have travelled across South America and this place returned my clothes the cleanest, out of many launderette in many countries. Even stains that had been on my clothes for months (after being washed by other places) got removed. I was very impressed by this work. But it wasn't cheap and there is a minimum 2kg weight of clothes that you should be aware of. But if you just want your clothes washed well, being then here. ☺️👍

Mein Wäschesack war verschwunden und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich keinen abgegeben habe. Zum Glück hatten wir ein Bild mit einem Logo, dann ist der Wäschesack doch noch aufgetaucht. Die Wäsche riecht überhaupt nicht gut und ist teilweise fleckiger als vorher, aber davon wollte man nichts hören. Zwei Oberteile hingen noch auf Kleiderbügeln und waren nicht in der tüte. Hätten wir die Oberteile nicht da hängen sehen, hätten wir sie nicht bekommen. Ein Oberteil fehlte übrigens komplett!

Emily Osborne: Do not go! We use this laundry service, picked up our items and I unpacked our clothing the following day as I was packing my luggage. As I pulled the clothing out of the bag I noticed my husband's shorts had been torn (shredded). I thought maybe they had been caught in the machine, but I continued pulling clothing out and found other items in a similar state. They all had stains on them and where the stained spots are they are falling apart at the touch. It was as if something had spilled on our clothing (like an acid based starch.). We returned to the store to show the lady what had happened to our clothing. We were not expecting her to cover the cost of hundreds of dollars worth of clothing but at the least return our money back. Well NO! She refused to say that she had anything to do with it."No no no! She said we " had done this " to our own clothing!! She decided to show us other people's clothing that was washed and unwashed that she had not ruined. As if that had any significance for what she had done to our laundry. Yelling "No!" as we left the store, the locals had heard.. They said that we should not be paying for the service. We told them it was too late and she refused to take any responsibility. A very unprofessional, disgusting and and rude business owner.Save your clothing.

Farrah Powell: Took advantage of this drop-off service on my recent trip to Cartagena. The staff wasb helpful and facilitated an express service. The laundry was ready at the time specified, which was a plus. But the clothes smelled awful, like they were washed without detergent, soap or fabric softener. So, I don't recommend this place.

Especially if you know they have to leave the city at a certain time.We tried to pick up our wash at 1700 (as agreed) but no one was there. When we were there at 8:00 the next morning (opening time) they didn't show up until 8:35. We missed our boat and had to pay extra for the next one...There was no apology for letting us wait 30+ minutes, or reduction in price. When we got to our next destination most of the clothes were not dry.

Wir haben die Wäsche morgens abgegeben, man hat uns gesagt, wir könnten sie erst am nächsten Tag um 16.30 Uhr abholen. Kein Problem für uns, da wir noch einen Tag in Cartagena waren und wir vorgewarnt wurden. Wir haben die Wäsche pünktlich abgeholt, später jedoch gemerkt, dass zwei Drittel der Wäsche noch nass sind, meine Jeans haben noch getropft. Zusätzlich haben die Kleider gestunken. Wir mussten die Wäsche kurzfristig in unserem Hotel nochmals abgeben. Die Wäscherei ist einzig auf Profit aus, wie haben 8kg abgegeben und 56‘000 für nichts bezahlt! Absolute Sauerei!Zusätzlich sind die Angestellten extrem arrogant und unfreundlich, was mir bei einer Wäschedienstleistung grundsätzlich egal ist, jedoch hier dem Fass noch den Boden ausschlägt. NIE WIEDER.

Lorena LM: Absolutely amazing hotel, a truly 5-star experience! Staff are incredible and go out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasant. From Jesus welcoming special guests to the mayordomos (thank you Rudy, Diego, Amaury and Armando!) and everyone else in the hotel. The facilities are stunning and full of history and the food is amazing in all restaurants. I highly recommend the restaurant 1621 for amazing fine dining! Can’t wait to go back one day!
Gianluca Mazzanti: Siamo stati al Santa Clara per la nostra luna di miele un totale di 5 giorni a metà giugno 2023. È stata un'esperienza divina: servizio impeccabile, cibo squisito (colazione DA SOGNO) e infrastruttura meravigliosa. Unica pecca la mancanza di chiarezza riguardo il sistema delle mance. In Colombia è usanza lasciare una mancia pari al 10% del totale del conto. Ma non ci hanno spiegato bene che al momento del check out, per ogni notte ci hanno addebitato (con un sistema di mance centralizzato) circa 40€ (!). Il problema è che la mancia comunque dovrebbe essere una cosa volontaria, ma al momento di firmare ogni conto, comunque ti viene chiesto quanto desideri lasciare come mancia... Quindi abbiamo dato mance a ogni pasto, cocktail ecc. e in più ci hanno addebitato quei 40€ per ogni giorno che hanno aumentato cospicuamente il saldo da pagare a fine soggiorno. Comunque sia consigliatissimo!!!!!

The rooms are a little outdated, but for the most part you don’t spend a lot of time in your room. The hotel has everything you need and it’s conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you. I highly recommend this place. They nailed “customer service”! I will return!
