Carter Campbell: Words can not express what an absolute pleasure it was to work with Leidis and her team. She is such a beautiful soul. We planned our wedding in Cartagena from Australia. Leidis was great working with our schedules and the time difference and we had meetings via Skype. She assembled an excellent, professional team of vendors for us. Everyone exceeded our expectations. The flowers, decorations, band, DJ, caterer and venue were all top notch. Leidis and her staff went out of their way to meet our every need once we arrived. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about her. When you plan a wedding from afar, you have to put your trust in someone which can be scary. Leidis was absolutely amazing at making all our dreams come true. She’s a real gem and anyone would be lucky to work with such a professional and lovely woman.

From the moment I first spoke to her till the day after my wedding and still now, I would choose her again and again as my wedding planner. I am from the US and was engaged for a year interviewing wedding planners and figuring out what I wanted to do for my wedding. When I first went to Cartagena last year, I instantly fell in love with the city. After speaking to Angie, I instantly knew I needed her as my wedding planner! Thank goodness she was able to help me figure out a whole weekend planned for more than 30 guests. I had a few hiccups down the road with guests but Angie’s quick action sure did save the day. She truly does go above and beyond for the brides and even the guests. Not one person had anything bad to say about her and in fact, all praised her. Monica Spitery: I found eglantine weddings & events on Instagram after having a very bad experience with another wedding planner. He answered us super quickly and a few days later we already had a meeting planned to talk about our ideas. From the first meeting I loved Angie and knew that I could trust her 100%. Angie helped us with all the details of our wedding and made everything very easy and zero stress. My husband and I went to Cartagena for the first time months before the wedding to see the venue in person, meet the team, do the food and alcohol test, and take our pre-wedding photos. All of Angie's team without exception were excellent with us. They left us in love with Cartagena and with much more desire for our big day to arrive. The days before the wedding were very relaxed as we knew that Angie was taking care of everything. It really was a 0 stress wedding. On the day of the wedding, Angie introduced me to Valentina, who stayed with me all day until the end of the party, helping me with whatever I needed. Valentina was an angel that day and I thank her so much for all her help. Truly without Angie's help my wedding would not have been as spectacular as it was. Die Musik ist eher kolumbianisch soweit ich das als Touri beurteilen kann.Die Essenskarte (Steak, Grill, ... Aber auch Salate) sieht sehr gut aus, ich war leider schon satt.Das Publikum ist "normal", wenn man das das so sagen darf. Natürlich Touristen wie überall in Cartagena, gerade nerven ein paar laute Gringos (americanos ?), die die Live Musik nicht genießen wollen. Seltsamerweise kaum Instagirls, vermisse ich aber auch nicht wirklich o😅.Habe zwar noch nicht bezahlt, aber das könnte mein Hotspot Cartagena werden....

Stephane Mongrain: Face à la mer, seulement la rue à traverser. Les chambres sont très bien et assez grandes et bien insonorisée. La piscine est belle et assez grande. Chel NYC: I had a terrible time staying at this hotel. The service was awful and the owner of the hotel had nothing but rebuttals for all of the complaints I had. I stayed there for a week with no hot water to shower with, the gym was closed the entire stay, staff wouldn't provide me with fresh towels, instead they'd hang up dirty towels to dry, and someone took three days to open our balcony door (you need a key to unlock it which only staff is allowed to do). It's 25 mins away from the city where you can find great restaurants, clubs, and bars. It's not worth the price & I highly recommend staying within the city so you don't have to spend money taking Ubers/Taxis back and forth (even though it was cheap). The food was very eh as well. Don't ever stay here.Rooms: Decent rooms.Safety: Hotel doesn't allow any vehicle enter without asking what they're there for taking down their name.Walkability: Cannot walk anywhere.Food & drinks: Food was so so drinks were good.

Andrés Giraldo: It is too expensive a price for the benefits, I am Colombian and I wanted to give an all-inclusive a try after having been to Cancun and Punta Cana in all-inclusive hotels. I think they fall very short in all-inclusive service. The room is good but the air conditioning is noisy. On the other hand, when you go out to the beach, be prepared not to find a place to sit and if you ask for help, someone will say that they cannot accommodate a chair for you because they are for the people of the Plus service. lines of up to half an hour for a drink, they only give you coffees and they charge you for a cappuccino or pastries and on the other hand the pool is too small for the number of people who arrive there, and the food is a total disappointment, there is too much variety missing, only coke and water, and there is a lot of protein missing, and worst of all, the late checkout takes your handcuffs off and tells you that you can stay until 6pm but no one tells you that you can't drink anything from the bar, so get ready to go thirsty for the rest of the afternoon... even in the Decameron Baru here in Colombia they give you drinks and food in the additional time... in short, very expensive for what you received and the service leaves much to be desired in Cancun I have paid much less and received more than double in benefits

No external noise and a very calm and safe beach to enjoy.Our room was the best: spacious, comfortable, excellent view and an ideal outdoor space that together with the jacuzzi make it the best room.The service in general, outstanding. From the staff at the reception, to the waiters in each of the restaurants. Stephanie Vergara Rojas: Extraordinary! That is one word to define this beautiful hotel in the hearth of Cartagena. My first surprise was when I passed the lobby and I saw this beautiful garden with the top ceilings and the stairs that take you to the pools and dinning room. That was my first "wow". Then, I got to the room, very nice, a combination between historical house but luxury home. We were there for a special occasion, bachelorette party, so they had champagne waiting for us (Nice!). After that, it was very close to go to restaurants from there, everything was walking distance. We went to the bar next to it one night (La jugada) and the next night, to the one that was just across from there (Alquimico); both, great places, very nice people, nice drinks, music and sunroofs that we enjoyed a lot. The final touch was the last day, when we asked for special services for our girlfriend, and they managed to provide message sessions, pool day with open bar and DJ, everything for a very reasonable price. Will definitively go back here, recommended for people who comes for work, for romantic occasion, and even for meeting with friends.

Brian Bonaparte: Great location and nice decor but my stay was punctuated by bad surprises. The room smelled of mold, the WiFi didn’t work (cell service also out of range, so zero connectivity), no hot water and only one towel, no bath mat or wash cloth. I checked out early and was not given a refund in spite of the obvious shortcomings.

When they complained, they only put one more person to attend, and things improved a bit but they were still super slow. I saw that they made an effort but they were simply too few.Too bad such a paltry staffing spoiled what could have been a nice beachside brunch with cool breezes and enjoyable food.
