Lucy store helped my partner whose Colombia choose a commitment ring as he likes to call it and even when I was looking I didn't have a clue that the store and my partner were already talking. Very cute and the ring is just stunning.Highly recommended great staff and my day was made special. Thank you. Cartagena and Lucy jewelry will always be a special moment I won't forget.
joséphine IBLED: The place looks great and professional. We bought a ring there. Turns out the stone was modified when we had it expertised by a professional in France. The 3K Ring was only worth 400euros if NEW. What a scam. (went for different feedbacks at different jewellers before you say anything). I don't recommend at all.

Emily Howard: I went in to purchase an emerald piece. I had a price range in mind, and the staff was so kind and patient as I tried to decide between earrings, a necklace, and a ring. They let me try each piece on and shared prices clearly as I walked around. They were not pushy at all, and I had a very positive experience. If you’re going to purchase here, know that silver pieces will be less expensive (a necklace with 0.3 karat emerald around 175 USD). Yellow gold is more, around 400 for similar necklace, or earrings, or rings a little more.

They accept Visa and MasterCard.The owner is nice and sympathetic.I made an order online to delivery to France. Delivery was on time and the quality is excellent. Bags are wonderful and even much better than on pictures. Prices are correct.J'ai effectué une commande en ligne pour 5 sacs à main et livraison en France. I was impressed by the vivid colours and boho-chic style. I have ordered a second bag for fall, which is very handy and easy to carry around. The shape is very original and hard to find anywhere else. I get many compliments for this unique bag. I love the wide product range and the good service provided. I highly recommend the Mi Artesano bags, if you look for high quality, strong colours, practical use and want to treat yourself or friends with something special. It brings summer vibes and positivity to rainy autumn days in Germany. I also love the versatile use for leisure, party, outdoor, beach, art galery vernisagges, special office events... I can wear it to any colour! Very impressed!

Alison Rooney: Stopped by recently as it was highly recommended. It is very over priced and there wasn’t any service there whatsoever. Hardly anyone was in the store and they staff seemed preoccupied. I bought two small items and they were overpriced for what they were. Suggest other spots in Cartagena.

Sally Choi: This is easily my favorite shop in Cartagena. The store is articulately curated with products that Luis is very passionate about. I had a great time chatting with him, he makes the atmosphere very homie. I feel lucky to have stumbled upon this shop! I bought the cutest mirror (Peruvian) that I was scared I’d break while traveling back to the States, but brought it back safely (and now it’s on my wall)! Luis helped to thoroughly bubble wrap it. Bought other chocolate and cacao products too that I loved when I sampled them. Happy about every minute and penny I spent at this store.

Peter Tan: Don't ever post reviews but Luis the store owner was extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. Luis has been in business for over 25 years. He knew each product on the shelves, where they're sourced, sometimes even the individual farmers who made them by hand. He selects products from small farms so I don't believe there were any products from a commercial farm so it's nice to know that you are supporting small farmers. The products themselves were very reasonably priced. Highly recommend to stop here to make some purchases to being excellent coffee and chocolates back home.
