Christian Restrepo: There is two address, one address for some reason takes you to a small town a bocadillo which is ABSOLUTELY WRONG.The other address is in centro histórico which I do not know it exist as the address listed on google was totally wrong and gave up after being ripped off by mindless cab driver.
James Vinasco: It is a place you like, you are not only going to buy, they also give you a tour to tell you about the procedure with the cocoa, the flavors according to the regions. Then you can taste and buy from a wide variety of flavors and combinations

Marc Van Baar: Sebastian was our master chef and guided us through 2 hours of making chocolates. At the end you make 16 to take home. Sebastian was great. Great way to escape throngs of cruise ship passengers if a cruise ship enters Cartagena: They will not do a 2 hour class

Natalie Mills: Loved it. Kids loved the chocolate workshop class making chocolates treats. Very educational and the staf(especially) Charlie, were patient and interested in sharing the chocolate process. Definitely worth the stop.

A loja tem um museu gratuito que conta um pouco a história e a geografia do chocolate. Oferece um workshop de 2hs e de 45min que conta como é feito o chocolate e vc faz os bombons e leva para casa. Na loja também vende sorvetes esmeraldas.
Patrick Lawless: Great excursion from cruise ship. Learned about cocao peocess, tree to chocolate candy, plus uses of shells. Hands on making of our own candies and 3 different drinks. Guides were extremely informative and helpful and made the experience fun.

Tom Hart: Visited in March. Took the jewelry making class, toured the museum and store. Our instructor, Ada, was so patient with us and we have handmade souvenirs to take home. (Plus my wife's purchase from the store) The owners even posed with my wife with her new necklace.

After I spent almost 900$ usd at the airport location in Cartagena while traveling in Colombia , I bought a phone case that was defective in the leather I was told I could turn it in any city and they would send it to the company warrant dept . I was told the dept was in bogota and that if I returned in bogota it would take a day . So I flew to bogota to get my 250$ phone case replaced because of defect of the leather . Upon arriving to bogota this lady told from the Cartagena division told me to go to the andino location I was told that the warranty was denied and that if I left it they would evaluate it but it was denied as of right now . Thanks for wasting my time and money . If someone from montblac would kindly reach out to me I would love to show u how unprofessional your company is being represented in Colombia ! 😡
