As a key part of this planning, I booked a trial bridal make-up and hair session with Andrea, anticipating an exceptional service that would bring out the best version of myself on my special day. Instead, I was met with an utter lack of professionalism and courtesy.On the day of my appointment, with my schedule already tight, I was informed that my appointment was moved. But even more shocking was that it would not be Andrea herself, but her assistant who would conduct the trial. This was not what I had agreed upon.When I expressed my frustrations and disappointment, Andrea's response was nothing short of a blunt, "ok, I'll just return your deposit". There was no apology, no attempt to make amends, and above all, no recognition of the inconvenience caused to a client who had travelled thousands of miles to ensure everything would be perfect for a trial ahead of their big day.The absence of empathy and responsibility was alarming. A service provider in the bridal industry should understand the importance of reliability, professionalism, and above all, the significance of their role in a person's most important day.
