Rudi washed my hair and was so nice, Olga did my hair (dye, cut and braid) and did such an amazing job followed by Marticela who gave me the best mani-pedi I’ve had in so long. Overall service was amazing and they were able to accommodate me last minute, this is definitely my to-go place in Cartagena from now on!

(I believe each makeup artist carries their own makeup, so don't know what each does to keep makeup clean)

Victoria Gonzalez: Really enjoyed my visit. Needed a stat haircut. Arrived early in the morning and they booked me in immediately. Staff from the front door to the cleaning lady are super nice. Lady who washed my hair took time to explain all the products. Took a long time massaging my hair which I loved and really needed. Darwin, my hair dresser, asked to see a picture of the hair I wanted. He explained the process before cutting and explained how much needed to be cut from each section. He’s very meticulous and dedicated to his craft. He cut my hair exactly how I wanted. Fair with pricing.Will be back again!

Joshua Cuevas: I had a Deep Facial which costs about 180,000 pesos (40usd), and it was Painfully amazing. It was my first facial, but my girlfriend who also went with me said it was the best she’s ever had. It was much more painful than I ever thought it would be, but this was them digging deep in the pores of my nose. Currently it’s been 3 days since my facial, and the redness that came from the treatment is gone and my skin is noticeably vibrant. Make sure to avoid the sun after your treatment!

Kimberly Guerin: We stayed at the Hyatt Cartagena for a family vacation. Isabel checked us in and was super accommodating. Her customer experience skills are superb.We arrived a couple of hours before checking, she graciously provided a hospitality room for us to change our clothes. While we were out exploring the city, she had our luggage conveniently transported to our room and emailed me. I appreciate the level of service she provided!Rooms: We booked a suite and it was just what we needed; 2 rooms 1 master and 2nd room with 2 twin size beds. Balcony overlooking the water. The pullout couch was super convenient for our family of 5 and the room was spacious.Safety: One of the reasons we decided to stay at the Hyatt was for safety purposes. We have stayed at the Hyatt in other countries and felt extremely safe.I like the idea of having to take 2 sets of hotels to get tothe room. This provides a layer of security bc you gave to go to the main lobby to access the room elevator.Walkability: The hotel is conveniently located in Boca Grande, next to a mall with many shops and in front of a grocery store. It's a couple of mins away via Uber to the Walled City.Food & drinks: We had room service, the food was good and priced reasonably. The drinks by the pool were amazing. We ordered mojitos and they were great!

Luxury, spectacular, spacious rooms with an incredible view, intelligent climate inside the rooms that ensure a restful sleep, the food is delicious buffet and à la carte, there are several restaurants and a pool area for adults and families. Spectacular pool environment with dj that enlivens everything. The hotel is very large, very safe, the attention of all the staff is first class, luxury at all costs. I loved it, I will surely return to the hyatt chain. Highly recommended.

Jay Peralta: I had such an amazing stay at this Hyatt for a 6 day trip to Cartagena. The views are gorgeous, though it is such a shame the beach is being completely rebuilt so during our stay we just saw construction every day by the water. The service was exceptional and the restaurants were all great. All of the pools have a great view and are never too busy.
Yanis & Yei: Here you find healthy eating and gourmet dishes. It has several restaurants open to the public, amacagua and kokaú. Recommended to visit if you are in Cartagena
