As I pulled the clothing out of the bag I noticed my husband's shorts had been torn (shredded). I thought maybe they had been caught in the machine, but I continued pulling clothing out and found other items in a similar state. They all had stains on them and where the stained spots are they are falling apart at the touch. It was as if something had spilled on our clothing (like an acid based starch.). We returned to the store to show the lady what had happened to our clothing. We were not expecting her to cover the cost of hundreds of dollars worth of clothing but at the least return our money back. Well NO! She refused to say that she had anything to do with it."No no no! She said we " had done this " to our own clothing!! She decided to show us other people's clothing that was washed and unwashed that she had not ruined. As if that had any significance for what she had done to our laundry. Yelling "No!" as we left the store, the locals had heard.. They said that we should not be paying for the service. We told them it was too late and she refused to take any responsibility. A very unprofessional, disgusting and and rude business owner.Save your clothing.
