Janin Mei: A laundry with very good service. In addition, the staff is super friendly and the clothes come out clean and well folded. They don't take long.Highly recommended if you are looking for a laundry service.

Hidden Findings: I have travelled across South America and this place returned my clothes the cleanest, out of many launderette in many countries. Even stains that had been on my clothes for months (after being washed by other places) got removed. I was very impressed by this work. But it wasn't cheap and there is a minimum 2kg weight of clothes that you should be aware of. But if you just want your clothes washed well, being then here. ☺️👍

A Netherlands: Clothes washed, cleaned and folded up very nicely! The cost for a smallish wash 6kg same day left it at 11am and picked it up at 5pm was about 60,000 COP or 12 EUR so not sure it's that cheap but good service.

Mein Wäschesack war verschwunden und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich keinen abgegeben habe. Zum Glück hatten wir ein Bild mit einem Logo, dann ist der Wäschesack doch noch aufgetaucht. Die Wäsche riecht überhaupt nicht gut und ist teilweise fleckiger als vorher, aber davon wollte man nichts hören. Zwei Oberteile hingen noch auf Kleiderbügeln und waren nicht in der tüte. Hätten wir die Oberteile nicht da hängen sehen, hätten wir sie nicht bekommen. Ein Oberteil fehlte übrigens komplett!

Emily Osborne: Do not go! We use this laundry service, picked up our items and I unpacked our clothing the following day as I was packing my luggage. As I pulled the clothing out of the bag I noticed my husband's shorts had been torn (shredded). I thought maybe they had been caught in the machine, but I continued pulling clothing out and found other items in a similar state. They all had stains on them and where the stained spots are they are falling apart at the touch. It was as if something had spilled on our clothing (like an acid based starch.). We returned to the store to show the lady what had happened to our clothing. We were not expecting her to cover the cost of hundreds of dollars worth of clothing but at the least return our money back. Well NO! She refused to say that she had anything to do with it."No no no! She said we " had done this " to our own clothing!! She decided to show us other people's clothing that was washed and unwashed that she had not ruined. As if that had any significance for what she had done to our laundry. Yelling "No!" as we left the store, the locals had heard.. They said that we should not be paying for the service. We told them it was too late and she refused to take any responsibility. A very unprofessional, disgusting and and rude business owner.Save your clothing.

Our clothes were finished within a couple hours, were perfectly folded and packed, and the women went above and beyond even fixing the drawstring of the bag I brought the clothes in.Price is by weight which feels much more fair than the price by item of competitors. Highly recommend!

Lisa Breece: I travelled in Colombia recently and needed to do some laundry while in Cartagena. I found oasis blue laundry on Google maps near my hotel. I took two small bags of clothes and staff member explained the prices if I did my laundry or if I left it with them. Note: I don't speak Spanish but understood enough words to complete the transaction. I left my laundry and paid about 40,000 COP and came back to pick it up around 3pm (as she instructed). It was ready and folded. Easy process.note: this laundry is in the entrance hallway to a hotel so it was a little confusing to find.

Helena F: KNIFE IN MY LAUNDRY!The laundry place is actually also a travel agency and I would totally recommend the travel part because the staff was so friendly and helpful. I do believe they are good at their job.The laundry service is an external company that is not trustworthy.First of all, they were one hour late with the laundry. Some people were waiting for two hours for their laundry and had to head that their laundry was missing and that they had to come back the day after. When I got mine it was still all wet, so I had to lay my stuff all over the place to get it air dry. But the cherry on the cake is that I found a knife in my laundry!!! I wasn’t going to complain about the delay and the wetness of my clothing but when I saw the knife, I felt like I had to say something. So the next day I went back to ask my money back (to be honest, it wasn’t for the money because it is really cheap, but it was a matter for principle) and the people there felt very embarrassed about the situation. They called the laundry company and I could believe my ears. The owner didn’t want to give my money back because “the service (of washing my clothes) was done”. Technically, they didn’t even dry my clothes so it wasn’t “fully done”. I couldn’t believe my ears. She refused to reimburse the service and accused me of “wanting la plata” (I didn’t care) and threatened me by saying she was a lawyer… The staff on site felt even more embarrassed about it and they decided to reimburse me half of the paid service.Seriously, avoid. I think the amount of negative reviews make it clear. It is a pity, and incomprehensible, that this friendly travel agency still works with this very dishonest and bad laundry service and is taking all these bad reviews.

Elif Kazazi: The staff was actually very friendly and the price of 7,000 COP per kg is good. but the quality was very bad. at first they almost forgot to return some of the laundry. just because I counted it didn't happen. At home we found out that some of the laundry had bruises. however, they could not clean simple stains. and one shirt was literally torn to shreds, it had about 10 holes.
