The day started with us meeting the different horses and getting to know about the history of the Pase Fino horses in Colombia. We also got to feed the horses which was fun and there was a small exhibition where the trainer showed off the horses walking in their natural pase fino gate. A truly remarkable sight! Next we were given water while we listened to Maria's instruction about proper riding technique and important safety tips. Then after gauging our experience and comfort level, Luis helped us pick out horses and we headed to the beach while our horses were prepared. Before riding we stopped at the beautiful beachside hotel and had a refreshing drink. Once the horses were brought to the beach we hopped on and rode down the whole coast of the beach. Along the way we got to enjoy the view of the city in the distance and Luis captured different moments from our ride with pictures and videos. After the long ride we were brought back to the beachside hotel and enjoy one of the best meals that we had throughout our entire stay. Definitely would suggest going with one of the entrée options Luis recommends. You won't be disappointed! Afterwards we were able to take some more pictures before Luis and Maria took us back to our hotel. The whole experience lasted around 6 to 7 hours and we enjoyed every minute of it.
