Mycology 101: Very upset . After I spent almost 900$ usd at the airport location in Cartagena while traveling in Colombia , I bought a phone case that was defective in the leather I was told I could turn it in any city and they would send it to the company warrant dept . I was told the dept was in bogota and that if I returned in bogota it would take a day . So I flew to bogota to get my 250$ phone case replaced because of defect of the leather . Upon arriving to bogota this lady told from the Cartagena division told me to go to the andino location I was told that the warranty was denied and that if I left it they would evaluate it but it was denied as of right now . Thanks for wasting my time and money . If someone from montblac would kindly reach out to me I would love to show u how unprofessional your company is being represented in Colombia ! 😡

Alison Rooney: Stopped by recently as it was highly recommended. It is very over priced and there wasn’t any service there whatsoever. Hardly anyone was in the store and they staff seemed preoccupied. I bought two small items and they were overpriced for what they were. Suggest other spots in Cartagena.
Jean Ng: Great variety of home goods, decors, apparels to jewelleries from small to large in sizes. Besides Colombian design, they also features other ethnic items from other country like India and Indonesia to name a few. Everything is so beautiful and I only have so much space in my luggage.

Inaudito y descortés; las vendedoras demeritan absolutamente el lugar, en el que esperas una atención igual de premium a los diseños que tienen.

Paulina Nehring: Bad customer service. We made a purchase on the day of our departure from Columbia. All 3 shop assistants confirmed that we will receive the invoice (required for 20% tax return at the airport) via email within 1 hour. Unfortunatelly we didn't received it as promissed. We called the shop from the tax return office and they said it takes normally 48hrs to issue the invoice and for sure not 1hr - so they obviously lied to us. I would expect a bit more from a shop positioning itself as premium (selling dresses priced at 600$ and more)...
P Huhn: Long story short: spent over 1 thousand dollars at this store and was never told of the tax exemption (19%). Come to find out we returned to the store to get the proper documentation to present at the airport to get our 200 dollars back. All is fine until we arrive to the airport and the documentation the store gave us was no longer valid as the laws had changed. We had arrived with plenty of time so we decided to contact the store to have the proper documentation sent. We spoke with a sales associates that referred us to a WhatsApp number. Almost missed our flight waiting for a response that never came. I’ve emailed them multiple times and have yet to hear back from them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNETHICAL is all I have to say. You’re better off spending your money elsewhere.
Raymond Kanevsky: Though a limited men's selection, this is one of the the best boutique stores in Cartagena. They have high end and high quality products from beach wrar to formal dresses for women and beaxh wear and every day cool for men.
RONALD GOMEZ: It is a beautiful store, spacious, comfortable and they are very friendly.
Guy Drake: My wife loved this shop! She and her sister found beautiful clothes, handbags, shoes at amazing prices. She purchased a one of a kind handbag that would have costs thousands of dollars at home. There were clothes of all sizes equally beautiful and as she noted “full enough for her to fill beautiful“. They enjoyed exceptional service and ongoing attention from the staff. In fact, she said they were super patient and quickly figured out their differing styles. She loved it so much, she has been trying to shop at the store online. If anything, that has been the only disappointment that she isn’t able to do so! A must go if beautiful clothes and home products is your goal!
JG79: Yeah, agree with most of the comments. Good stuff, it's a nice boutique in a good space and has a fair amount of nice clothes. Staff are ok and helpful and attentive. Not so good, they seem to have almost 0 sizes of anything, both my wife and I struggled to get mediums of most, and we are both normal sizes. 2nd, definitely a bit of snooty vibe in here ....It's pricey but they also often have decent stuff on sale. Mainly womens clothes, accessories and mens summer gear.
