Alexander Amador: I am a customer of the Almacenes Carulla chain and of this point in Bocagrande before its remodeling. I am giving it three stars this time because I felt a lack of interest from its administrator with a claim I made, which is a lack of courtesy and good service. Additionally, they only had one box enabled, arguing that they only had one cashier working. I hope to make a new visit to identify if it was a rare case. But it is a pity because I have always felt very well cared for in this chain of stores.
