Atención al cliente en facturación, servicio y soporte técnico entre otras. Diariamente hay que tomar turno para ser atendido. Valeria Osorio: PÉSIMO servicio. Les daría cero estrellas si fuera una opción. Durante más una hora de espera solo atendieron a dos personas. Vi a los empleados chateando en Whatsapp Web desde los computadores, y cuando les pregunté que por qué no atendían dicen “tienes que esperar”. La mayoría de las personas se fueron antes de ser atendidas. Perderás tu dia aquí, así que mejor que cambies de operador móvil antes de venir a este lugar a solucionar cualquier problema.
David Acosta: Sitio cómodo, de atención amable pero demorado el proceso que en mi caso fue comprar una SIM card para una nueva línea celular. Puerta de entrada es electrica y con sensor pero toca abrirla manualmente. Me atendió Paula, muy amable, conoce lo que hace, resuelve preguntas sin dudar.
