Farrah Powell: We spent a day here and took advantage of the day passes that the property offers. They have a ferry that picks up in the mornings, which is convenient. We were welcomed by the staff and taken to our pool lounger. The hotel offers many add-on options for the day passes. We didn't opt for the all-inclusive package. But enjoyed a delicious meal at lunch. The pork sandwich with sour dough was amazing, as well as the ceviche. The cooks here must be applauded. We also had a massage and can report that it was the best 25$ we have ever spent period. The masseuse was amazing. The dj was a nice touch, and the music was a good mix of genres. We had such a good time, and we are hoping to come back for a weekend getaway soon. A day here just isn't enough.

Adriana Withers: We had a great time at the resort until a staff member booked a motorbike tour for with a hotel guide, told us that this was the safe way to see the island and we could take a phone for photos, and the guide then set-up a situation where we were robbed. The hotel took no responsibility/refused accountability. If you're up for a pool party, great, but I wouldn't trust their recommendations/tours or for them to take responsibility if anything goes wrong.Safety: Put in a situation that was unsafe.

Isabela Murillo: Can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. Everything was perfect. The rooms, the food, the staff, the service and the location. The beach is clean and great to swim and with great views of the sunset. My one feedback would be that there seems to be a lot of promise of activities happening at night for guests on the website but we didn;t get any of this. It was extremely quiet and dead in the evenings. Despite this, I would 100% return in a heartbeat.Also really love their focus on sustainability and you could tell this isn't just a marketing ploy. They have a glass bottle recycling facility in the back, a garden where they grow herbs and vegtables that are used in the kitchen.Tip: book directly through their website and not through third party providers to ensure you get free breakfast included and the boat trip back to Cartagena included.

Al Stankus: Spent three glorious nights at Blue Apple and couldn't have been happier (well the all night Rave at a nearby resort put some unwanted deep bass into the night)The room was huge, the bed and linens top-notch and hot water plentiful.Every member of the staff went out of their way to take care of you...a special nod to Luz and Jorge. And Jessie at the front is amazing.Every meal was truly delicious with highlights being the sea bass carpaccio, fish crudo and seafood paella. The bar makes terrific nights and the wine list is really good.We spent three nights and to spend any less would be a mistake. You really do settle into an island pattern. And book a massage near the beach.
Emma Backup.: We really enjoyed our time at Blue Apple and ended up coming back for a second day. It's a good vibe and the staff are friendly and quick with service. The only negative was that we booked a bed on our second visit they said there was none available when we arrived so we had to sit on regular loungers. But that was deducted from our bill so not the end of the world. We went to a few beach clubs in Cartagena and this was probably my favourite one!

Nikolay Grigorenko: We came here for one day, to hang out at the beach.After reading the reviews about 15+ beaches on the isles near Cartagena, I wasn't expecting much from the experience.This place proved to be better than I thought (and better than many other beaches, judging by the reviews).What we liked:* Fast and clear communication via WhatsApp (I made the booking on Sunday evening, for Monday morning)* Boarding the boat was ok, we had to wait for somebody 15 mins, but that's acceptable* No tricks with prices: we were not charged a single cent on top of the agreed amount, and everything that was supposed to be included in the tour, was there. Prices in the menu on site were also correct, without further surprises in the bill.* Welcoming and unintrusive personnel on the beach* Comfortable beach beds with shadow roof above* Appropriate volume of music, not too loudThere was nothing that we disliked too much, but here are a few things, worth mentioning as some drawbacks:* Food was eatable, but not more than that* Same for the drinks - drinkable, but not too good* Beach was ok for our purpose (to relax near the beachfront and work a bit), but if you are looking for some picturesque place with crystal clear turquoise water, you should probably look beyond Terra Bomba. But then again, it would be a significantly longer boat ride and higher costs.Overal this place is a definitely a good option for this price (35 USD per person, incl. boat, beachbed, lunch) and we didn't regret coming here.

The staff were very friendly and the vibe was very relaxed (great if you are not looking for a party atmosphere).Definitely looked a bit different from the photos but that’s to be expected. When booking Bomba you will NOT have access to the rest of Namaste unless you pay for it.The beds and hammocks were great and yes the ocean is a a bit rocky but that is everywhere here and not the fault of the beach club.If you are looking for an easy place to get to that won’t hit the wallet hard check it out.

We asked for a song to sing birthdays and they didn't allow it because they only listen to electronic music, we were a group of more than 15 adult people to celebrate the birthday of a 60-year-old person. The hostess did not want to allow us to enter because they already wanted to close the premises and their closing time was in 3 hours!I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!It goes without saying that I would never return to this place...I would like to add that I do not recommend any dish, much less the beer that was super hot!

Lady Bello: The reason why I’m putting 5 stars is because the food is sooo delicious yum yum and where the restaurant is located the is amazing. The bad part is the communication in that restaurant. If you go on google maps search up the restaurant and try to call that restaurant the number bad it doesn’t go through. I tried sooo many times I had to go to another restaurant and ask for help. That restaurant needs to adjust the number as to why they haven’t is a mystery. Once I was able to successfully make the reservations a few hours later I called to make sure my reservations was ok and then I called again the second day just make sure, call me crazy I just like to make sure everything was okay. As soon as I got there they didn’t see my reservations 🤯!!! I had to get loud and rude to the put that they called in the manager and I told the manager this is a mess on how you handle the reservations. Yeah you can also do the reservations online but I believe in doing things myself and or in person. The manager let me in because I gave him all proof that I tried calling to make a reservation and everything. We sat the table that we picked. WE WAITED FOR AN HOUR for our server to come to us. Another serve saw us tried to help and she noticed that our actual serve never came up to us. She decided to help I was soo angry on how the manager miss manages his personal. The server who help us was soo sweet to us. I left her a tip and she said that there’s a new law in Colombia that because the restaurants are paying the servers well the customers aren’t allowed to tip us. I believe alll restaurantes should follow this example.

The attention they have is unbeatable, good quality food, music to relax, free paddle surf activity, board games, decoration that makes you feel that you are far from the hustle and bustle, just 5 minutes by boat. Super recommended! I missed a pool, but they have some fresh water showers.We will return without a doubt!
Don Vassel: The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the room. I was in room 402. The room was very nice except the balcony area. We had no privacy because the balcony backed up to the street and the staff entrance. Not what we expected. It was noisy and we could not enjoy the outdoor tub and sitting areas. We asked for a different room but our request was not fulfilled. It was disappointing that they did not try and make it right with another room or some other form of compensation. Outside of that major miss by Eteka, it is a great place. The staff was excellent and friendly. The place is beautiful and serene. And the food was excellent. The night we were scheduled to have dinner on the beach it rained. So, the staff quickly pivoted and set us up indoor. It wasn't quite the same experience but a valiant effort in finding an alternative solution. We were charged full price for the beach dinner. It would have been thoughtful if they applied a discount since we didn't actually get the beach experience. In general, fantastic place but they need to get better in service recovery when they have failures in providing to expectations. I would highly recommend but make sure what room you are getting.

They first tried to put too many people on the boat coming over here and wanted 4 people to sit in rows clearly for 3 people. Everyone else was pretty rude. If you’re going to advertise drinks that come with a meal you need to specify that you can only get the drink that the hotel chooses to give us. Danny K: This is a tough one for me. The hotel seems like a nice little boutique hotel, however, we visited for a Sunday brunch. Apparently, the best feature is the rooftop, and unfortunately, brunch was inside due to some rain. Small and cozy restaurant space, however, the music was WAY too loud! Service started off great, but went downhill quite quickly. The brunch is done in a tapas style, which is quite unique and was enjoyable. Food was very good, however, it took quite some time to come out. Overall, I’d definitely go again, but only if the rooftop is open. Gabrielle Marie: While I did not stay at Townhouse, my husband and I enjoyed their rooftop bar one evening when we were in Cartagena. This was one of our favorite places for cocktails and nachos! Everything is very well priced, the atmosphere is super trendy, and the nachos are probably some of the best I have ever had. The rooftop over looks the city, so do yourself a favor by ordering a drink and some apps while watching the sunset. It is absolutely breathtaking.
