Susan Sparbrod: Sehr enttäuschend! Ich hatte eine Bowl selber zusammengestellt, da ich mich vegan ernähre. Der Preis mit Falafel ist inzwischen bei 24.900 COP (10.000 cop mehr, als vorher, und auf deren Website sind die Preise für eine Bowl nicht ersichtlich). Das geschnittene Gemüse sah sehr vertrocknet aus und wird scheinbar über den ganzen Tag auch nicht abgedeckt. Ich habe im Restaurant gegessen und trotzdem erhielt ich die Bowl in einer Plastikschale mit einer Kabel ebenfalls aus Plastik, definitiv nicht ökologisch, es sei den es ist biologisch abbaubar, was ich allerdings sehr stark bezweifel. Die fertige Bowl war am Ende so groß wie meine Hand. Wer hungrig hat und eine Bowl essen möchte, dann wird man hier nicht satt. Ich habe den Abend zuvor in "El Bololó" gegessen und da habe ich die doppelte Menge erhalten zu einem günstigeren Preis mit FRISCHEN Zutaten!

Laurent Cosson: Simply the best food experience in Cartagena. Original, generous, delicious. Wonderful mix of flavours, great and knowledgeable service, friendly team in the kitchen and behind the counter. My « go to » each time we are in town.

The Bane: Impeccable flavor, but poor cost-benefit ratio.
Troy Benson: Absolutely beautiful restaurant. Incredible food and top notch ambiance. However, they don’t get 5 stars from me, because their service was disjointed and confusing. We ordered a chefs menu and the courses were delivered in a poor sequence and they had to be reminded to keep the pace up. That being said, they were busy and everything else was superb.

Sandra: This place was quite a surprise. Firstly, my family and I walked into Carmen hoping to snatch a table for an early dinner. Well, with no reservation that plan backfired.Thankfully, the staff suggested Moshi. Moshi serves Japanese cuisine, and is nestled inside Carmen. I ordered the tasting menu w/cocktails and it was an amazing meal. This review was long over due, one year to be exact, and I can’t recall all of the dishes. However, if you’re a foodie and appreciate small surprises in every dish, then I recommend the tasting menu.

Ebone Hamilton: Went here for our first dinner during our vacation. Beautiful restaurant with friendly staff! Our waiter was great and gave good recommendations (Omarres?). Had tropical ceviche and fried squid for starters. The cocktails were well-made but my fave was the spicy daisy cocktail which was delicious! We had the seafood rice and Cartagenera mojarra for our entrees and both were amazing! The view from the patio with live music made the overall experience even better! Reservation recommended.
