Pero tenían a un solo mesero atendiendo, el brunch duro desde las 10am hasta las 2pm mientras atendían a todos. Inclusive, hubo gente que se cansó y se fue. Cuando reclamaron sólo pusieron a una persona más a atender, y la cosa mejoró un poco pero seguían súper lentos. Yo vi que se esforzaron pero simplemente eran muy pocos.Lastima que una asignación de cantidad de personal tan paupérrima dañó lo que pudo haber sido un agradable brunch junto a la playa con viento fresco y comida disfrutable.

Stephanie Vergara Rojas: Extraordinary! That is one word to define this beautiful hotel in the hearth of Cartagena. My first surprise was when I passed the lobby and I saw this beautiful garden with the top ceilings and the stairs that take you to the pools and dinning room. That was my first "wow". Then, I got to the room, very nice, a combination between historical house but luxury home. We were there for a special occasion, bachelorette party, so they had champagne waiting for us (Nice!). After that, it was very close to go to restaurants from there, everything was walking distance. We went to the bar next to it one night (La jugada) and the next night, to the one that was just across from there (Alquimico); both, great places, very nice people, nice drinks, music and sunroofs that we enjoyed a lot. The final touch was the last day, when we asked for special services for our girlfriend, and they managed to provide message sessions, pool day with open bar and DJ, everything for a very reasonable price. Will definitively go back here, recommended for people who comes for work, for romantic occasion, and even for meeting with friends.

Brian Bonaparte: Great location and nice decor but my stay was punctuated by bad surprises. The room smelled of mold, the WiFi didn’t work (cell service also out of range, so zero connectivity), no hot water and only one towel, no bath mat or wash cloth. I checked out early and was not given a refund in spite of the obvious shortcomings.

Obviously, they have never been to a restaurant themselves. It wasn’t cheap but even in the most basic restaurants, you serve courses separately. Spoiled the meal which incidentally, was delicious.

I've travelled to many countries and tried out hundreds of different bars. This one takes the cake. My favorite drink here is the "Rosarito." He has a great background story of how he came to be in Cartagena from his hometown as well.We ordered a couple of tapas - Ceviche de la Casa and Croquetas de Res. We liked both but were especially enjoyed the Croquetas. The drinks were great as well. They have a wide selection of options.There is only a small inside section but a large outdoor seating area if there’s nothing available inside. The only benefit of inside is the air conditioning.

You can choose to be outside where they have tables and chairs on the street or inside if you want to enjoy the live band. Chel NYC: I had a terrible time staying at this hotel. The service was awful and the owner of the hotel had nothing but rebuttals for all of the complaints I had. I stayed there for a week with no hot water to shower with, the gym was closed the entire stay, staff wouldn't provide me with fresh towels, instead they'd hang up dirty towels to dry, and someone took three days to open our balcony door (you need a key to unlock it which only staff is allowed to do). It's 25 mins away from the city where you can find great restaurants, clubs, and bars. It's not worth the price & I highly recommend staying within the city so you don't have to spend money taking Ubers/Taxis back and forth (even though it was cheap). The food was very eh as well. Don't ever stay here.Rooms: Decent rooms.Safety: Hotel doesn't allow any vehicle enter without asking what they're there for taking down their name.Walkability: Cannot walk anywhere.Food & drinks: Food was so so drinks were good.

La habitación es buena pero al aire acondicionado ruidoso, por otro lado a la hora de salir a la playa prepárese para no encontrar donde sentarse y si pide ayuda alguien dirá que no le puede acomodar una silla por que son para la gente del servicio Plus, filas hasta de media hora para una bebida, solo te dan cafés y te cobran por un capuchino o pasteles y por otro lado la piscina se queda pequeña para la cantidad de personas que allí llegan, y la comida una desilusión total, falta demasiada variedad, solo coca cola y agua, y falta mucha proteína, y lo peor de todo el checkout late a usted le quitan las manillas y le dice que se puede quedar hasta las 6pm pero nadie le dice que no puede tomar nada del bar osea prepárese para pasar sed todo el resto de la tarde … hasta en el Decameron Baru de acá de Colombia le dan a uno bebidas y comidas en el tiempo adicional … en resumen muy caro para lo recibido y el servicio deja mucho que desear en Cancún he pagado mucho menos y recibido mas del doble en beneficios

No external noise and a very calm and safe beach to enjoy.Our room was the best: spacious, comfortable, excellent view and an ideal outdoor space that together with the jacuzzi make it the best room.The service in general, outstanding. From the staff at the reception, to the waiters in each of the restaurants. All very attentive and with a very good attitude.Many foreigners visiting this hotel speak highly of the service in facilities offered here.The food varied and for all tastes. You will be satisfied with all the buffet and restaurant options.We will definitely go back.
