Hagas lo que hagas, NO te hagas el tratamiento facial con el dispositivo de exfoliación ultrasónica. Mi cara todavía se ve horrible y ha pasado una semana desde que me hice el tratamiento facial. Mi nariz tiene 2 costras con ampollas y mi mejilla también tiene una costra enorme. La señora que me hizo el tratamiento facial fue muy amable hasta que comenzó a usar el dispositivo de exfoliación ultrasónica en mi cara. Desde el facial he llorado porque se acerca mi cumpleaños y quería que mi cara se viera bonita. Ahora no quiero ni salir. Tenía grandes expectativas porque el ambiente y el personal eran geniales. Si vas, simplemente no te hagas el facial con el dispositivo de exfoliación ultrasónica.

Falsche gedacht sie hatte den gleichen gedanken!! dann verschwand auch meine masseurin 5-6 min und kam mit wasser so un relax war ich noch nie im leben. Ansonsten schlafe ich ein wie gut die massage sind hier habe ich gelitten.

En mi caso tome el masaje exfoliante el cual fue hecho con sales marinas y cremas humectantes.Son cumplidos con el horario de las citas, el personal esta uniformado y mantiene las normas higiénicas estándar, se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito y tienen un portafolio de varios servicios.Es de agradecer que sea un sitio de masajes terapéuticos y relajantes y no uno con "final feliz" pues en Cartagena abundan.Lo único que les sugeriría es que tuvieran precios un poco mas competitivos pues realmente ciertos masajes ya me parecen pasados de precios.

Christina Curell: I would not recommend. I had a deep tissue massage a few weeks ago while we visited Cartagena, and it did not seem that the masseuse knew what she was doing. It just felt like she was trying to push and grind as hard as she could. Not only did it hurt, but I woke up the next morning with a sore neck on one side. Also, this was a couples massage and my masseuse was clearly trying to silently communicate and gesture with the other masseuse throughout the session, which was really distracting and disruptive. Overall was not professional. I wrote the place a message using their web form to let them know all of this and didn't even receive a response.

Derrick Davalos: Decent massage, would of given 3 stars. But was left drenched in Oil. Dripping in oil then walking out in this cartegena heat wasnt a pleasant experience. Should defitnely offer a hot towel and properly clean you off after the massage is over. For the price was left very unsatisfied and wouldnt recommend

El ambiente es muy relajante, bonita decoración, servicio amable y la mitad del precio de lo que pago en los Estados Unidos. La empresa de turismo para la que trabajo, Everything Cartagena, los utiliza para nuestros clientes. Hace un par de meses Plenitud Spa envió 12 masajistas con camillas portátiles a una mansión en la ciudad vieja e hicieron masajes para uno de nuestros grupos. Lo disfrutaron tanto que pidieron repetir la visita a la mañana siguiente. Ayer tuvimos dos clientes que visitaron el spa y que también quedaron entusiasmados con la calidad del masaje y el ambiente. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar a cualquiera que desee un masaje fabuloso a un precio justo.

About 15 mins into I wanted to get up and leave but I thought at least my wife is enjoying it, leave it alone. In the end she too was thinking the same thing but stayed silent for my sake. It was 50 mins of the lady rubbing oil on us, that was it! I wish I was joking.

The women that massaged us had very strong hands and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend them.I would recommend to the business that they tell people upfront that tip is customary to give to the staff on top of the fee. I already had a tip ready to give to the girls for doing a great job. It was awkward for us and the girls that they waited for us to come out of the massage room and used an app to translate that we should tip them.Also, I did have to negotiate fee via WhatsApp because what I was quoted versus what is listed on their website was different. They also prefer cash and told me their credit card printer was broken. Because of this, I almost blew them off.I had to stop by the bank and get cash, which I do not like to carry that much around because of pickpockets. Other than these inconveniences, they are totally worth it and the staff were very sweet and gave a great massage.I only mean for this to be constructive criticism for the business to take into consideration.
