Our masseuses would check in with us periodically to ensure they were using the right amount of pressure for each of us, and they were professional and kind.Absolutely recommend this spot for those staying in Cartagena!

Christina Curell: I would not recommend. I had a deep tissue massage a few weeks ago while we visited Cartagena, and it did not seem that the masseuse knew what she was doing. It just felt like she was trying to push and grind as hard as she could. Not only did it hurt, but I woke up the next morning with a sore neck on one side. Also, this was a couples massage and my masseuse was clearly trying to silently communicate and gesture with the other masseuse throughout the session, which was really distracting and disruptive. Overall was not professional. I wrote the place a message using their web form to let them know all of this and didn't even receive a response.

The staff was so kind and accommodating to us - we had spent the whole day walking through the city and during the massages I asked for them to focus on our calves and feet since we were sore and they were more than happy to do so. Whatever you do - DO NOT get the Ultrasonic peeling device facial. My face looks horrible still and it’s been a week since I got the facial. My nose has 2 blistered scabs and my cheek has a huge scab too. The lady doing the facial was so gentle up until she started using the Ultrasonic peeling device on my face. Since the facial I have cried because my birthday is coming up and I wanted my face to look nice. Now I don’t even want to go out. I had high expectations because the ambiance and staff were all great. If you do go, just don’t get the Ultrasonic peeling device facial.

En mi caso tome el masaje exfoliante el cual fue hecho con sales marinas y cremas humectantes.Son cumplidos con el horario de las citas, el personal esta uniformado y mantiene las normas higiénicas estándar, se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito y tienen un portafolio de varios servicios.Es de agradecer que sea un sitio de masajes terapéuticos y relajantes y no uno con "final feliz" pues en Cartagena abundan.Lo único que les sugeriría es que tuvieran precios un poco mas competitivos pues realmente ciertos masajes ya me parecen pasados de precios.

The atmosphere is very relaxing, nice decor, friendly service, and half the price of what I pay in the United States. The tourism company I work for, Everything Cartagena, uses them for our clients. A couple of months ago Plenitud Spa sent 12 masseuses with portable beds to a mansion in the old city and did massages for one of our groups. They enjoyed it so much they asked for a repeat visit the following morning. We had two clients visit the spa yesterday who also raved about the quality of the massage and atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a fabulous massage at a fair price.

About 15 mins into I wanted to get up and leave but I thought at least my wife is enjoying it, leave it alone. In the end she too was thinking the same thing but stayed silent for my sake. It was 50 mins of the lady rubbing oil on us, that was it! I wish I was joking.

The women that massaged us had very strong hands and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend them.I would recommend to the business that they tell people upfront that tip is customary to give to the staff on top of the fee. I already had a tip ready to give to the girls for doing a great job. It was awkward for us and the girls that they waited for us to come out of the massage room and used an app to translate that we should tip them.Also, I did have to negotiate fee via WhatsApp because what I was quoted versus what is listed on their website was different. They also prefer cash and told me their credit card printer was broken. Because of this, I almost blew them off.I had to stop by the bank and get cash, which I do not like to carry that much around because of pickpockets. Other than these inconveniences, they are totally worth it and the staff were very sweet and gave a great massage.I only mean for this to be constructive criticism for the business to take into consideration. Flor Bonilla: My husband and I did the Day Spa Pass, and it was an amazing experience. Our spa day began with a refreshing cold tea, we then changed into robes in their locker rooms. We had a body scrub followed by a one hour long massage. It was so relaxing! Our scrub left our skin so smooth! We then got to enjoy the pool and spa which were absolutely beautiful! The staff helped us get lounge chairs under the shade. The drinks and food at the pool bar were great and the attention they provide to clients is superb. Thank you to everyone for an amazing experience!

Fernando Silveira de Andrade: Very disappointing. The concierge ignored our presence for the first minutes and didn’t make any movement on explaining us the service. We stood there for 10 minutes with no other clients in line and we had to ask for their attention a couple times. At the end they had no availability for the date we wanted the DAY SPA, but they put absolutely no effort on having us for another day or offering us another service. We are very disappointed since Sofitel is a very well known brand and we are an Accor premium client for a long time now.
Jayne Bustamante Aguirre: Es un lugar majestuoso desde que se llega la atención de los diferentes empleados es excelente, al momento de comenzar la sección de masajes las personas que los realizan tienen unas manos muy habilidosas para ese oficio posteriormente los masajes están las diferentes zonas húmedas como son el sauna y el turco al salir del lugar se siente el cambio, excelente plan si se necesita salir de la rutina del trabajo, es un sitio más que recomendado.

These things harm a lot the nails and the people that work here use these devices despite that you ask them not to do it. After 5 months my nails still hurt and they are very thin, hopefully they will recover soon.
