They were very responsive and were able to confirm the dates, times, and rates with us very efficiently. We needed help for a few nights, plus a day out on a boat. We were assigned Alba and she was wonderful. Our Spanish wasn’t the best and so we used google translate for to communicate, which was actually very easy. Alba was very caring and engaged with our baby, and she quickly put us at ease. Everyone in our group mentioned how impressed they were with how attentive and caring Alba was, and that her level of engagement was very high. We absolutely loved working with CARTAGENANNY and will definitely use their services again on our next trip to Colombia.

She came every morning M-F and did crafts, games, songs etc. The girls loved her warmth and humour, and she did an amazing job teaching them Spanish. Durante 17 días la silla de comer de mi hijo estuvo paga y en una bodega remota de cuya dirección, como Cervantes, no quisieron acordarse. Ahora se genera una nueva guía de envío para este articulo, 17 días después.Y en todo este tiempo ni un solo mensaje para avisar que harían todos los esfuerzos del mundo por tratar de hacer conexión con la remota e inaccesible bodega y así dar aviso de la parcial entrega.Son tiempo duros y todo puede pasar, pero no tener la delicadeza de avisar de un segundo envío, generandolo 17 dias despues es una falta absoluta de respeto.Para mi era un almacen con magia, pero este episodio la borró totalmente.Si están pensando en comprar artículos de bebes les recomiendo, de corazón, exito o falabella, tienen un trato mas humano y sensato en cuanto al informe de las novedades que se pudiesen presentar.NO HAY REGALO U OBSEQUIO MAS GRANDE PARA UN PADRE QUE EL QUE SE LE DA A UN HIJO.Una falta de respeto total hacia un cliente, de 7 meses y que esta aprendiendo a comer....
