Elizaveta Niutanen: We had babysitter called Alejandra sit overnight with our children. Everything went perfectly and we were very grateful to her for it. She immediately found contact with kids even though our kids speak very little Spanish. And the administrator (or owner, I am not sure) who was answering the whatsapp speaks very good English, communication was very clear and efficient. And they were ready to find a sitter the same day for us.Definitely recommended.
samira ezqueda: Booking Cartagena Nanny was the best decision. We are so glad they sent Alba who is an amazing nanny and human being. We felt so comfortable right from meeting her as she was warm and kept our toddler entertained with many activities and games. I would recommend this company and will be booking again on out next trip.

Claire Dickson: We reached out to Cartagenanny after reading some reviews on trip advisor and other blogs. They were very responsive and were able to confirm the dates, times, and rates with us very efficiently. We needed help for a few nights, plus a day out on a boat. We were assigned Alba and she was wonderful. Our Spanish wasn’t the best and so we used google translate for to communicate, which was actually very easy. Alba was very caring and engaged with our baby, and she quickly put us at ease. Everyone in our group mentioned how impressed they were with how attentive and caring Alba was, and that her level of engagement was very high. We absolutely loved working with CARTAGENANNY and will definitely use their services again on our next trip to Colombia.
Noor Oweis: We traveled to Cartagena for a wedding and Cartagenanny was able to send the same nanny for our infant son 3 days in a row. The nanny was punctual, professional, and communicative. Sabrina Cordeiro: Cartagenanny was the greatest addition to our trip to Cartagena. Alba instantly bonded with our girls (6 months and 3 years). She came every morning M-F and did crafts, games, songs etc. The girls loved her warmth and humour, and she did an amazing job teaching them Spanish. Lilianna was also incredible, communicative, and helped secure sitters in last minute situations. Finally, KidZone Cartagena is highly recommended! Thank you Cartagenanny!

manuel bianchi: El servicio de alquiler de cochecitos, muy malo, nos dieron uno todo roto, cuando pedimos que nos lo cambien querían cobrarnos extra porque el otro que tenían era mejor, y resulta que ninguno andaba bien así que tuvimos que salir a conseguí uno en el momento, cuando ya había reservado y señado este hace días.

Y un éxito con mi bebe, desde el segundo 1 hicieron química y la entretuvieron durante una boda, nosotros los papás pudimos disfrutar del evento. Súper puntuales también. Kathleen Becker: This was definitely our most unique dining experience while we were visiting Cartagena. Lots of interesting foods prepared and served in ways we’d never heard of before. The staff and service were excellent. We felt the food was just okay; we enjoyed many other meals we had in Cartagena more than our meal at Celele. In addition, both my friend and I contracted terrible food poisoning after eating here. Just a word of caution for future guests. Even though it seems like ours was an unusual incident, we were very sad to have spent our last days of vacation and our flight home being very ill.

Antonio Toro: No es como la pintan, la comida es aceptable, pero el servicio fue horrible, no te atienden bien, los platos no caben en la mesa, hay muchísimo ruido en el restaurante. El mesero que nos atendió fue muy grosero, cobraron mal la cuenta y no quisieron arreglarla. Cobraron elementos que no estaban en la carta y se excusaron en que estaban estrenando carta y tenía un error, pero de todas maneras nos hicieron pagarlo… para rematar, le advertimos al mesero que tenía intolerancia a un alimento y lo ignoró completamente, dos de los platos llegaron llenos de este ingrediente.En resumen, el mesero fue muy grosero y poco atento. Tenía mucha ilusión por el lugar pero tristemente no regresaré.

Aaron X: This was, by far, the best meal I have eaten in Colombia. The service, quality of ingredients, and dish execution were great. At first, I thought the server mistakenly brought me someone's dessert, but prawns were indeed hiding below the flowers and coconut milk snow. As a party of one, two appetizers and one main dish left me with the perfect degree of fullness. At this point in time, my favorite restaurants south of the border are Pujol in CDMX and Celele.

Jose Fernandez: Stayed here for 7 days and it was a great spot! The location is great and the sunset pool Terrance is where I wanted to spend most of my time. The rooms were spacious and the staff super attentive! Luiyis the front door guy was Super helpful and knowledgeable in not letting us get scammed by the taxi’s! Good looking out Luiyis! Didn’t try the restaurant food but the drinks were good!
Stephanie Jackson: I was warmly greeted as I arrived and the service from the staff was excellent throughout my stay. Marabelis and Fabian were particularly gracious. As an IHG member, I was able to score a massage upon arrival after a long trip to get there, and the Spa staff was great. The many bellhops, porters, and security staff made sure I was taken care of in my comings and goings from the hotel. As a solo traveler, I definitely felt safe there.The hotel was clean and modern and seemed well-kept. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The only critique was the bathroom doors, while fabulously designed, when open, blocked the entrance to the water closet. And it took a while for the water to get hot.I had breakfast daily and the buffet had a variety of pastries, fruits, juices, cereals, and hot foods, as well as an omelet station. Room service was delivered quickly with everything ordered. The cocktails were always good! The pool was clean, the area was kept tidy, and the water was a nice temperature.When I visit Cartagena again, I will certainly stay at the Intercontinental, and suggest others do, too!

Stephane Mongrain: Face à la mer, seulement la rue à traverser. Les chambres sont très bien et assez grandes et bien insonorisée. La piscine est belle et assez grande. Plusiwurs chaises au bord pour prendre un bain de soleil. Le buffet déjeuner est sensiblement le même chaque matin. Offre un bon choix variés de pâtisserie, fruit et autres.
