Viviana Pedraza: I loved this hotel. Unfortunately, I went with my family last week. The facilities are very neglected. The pool area is fatal. There is a lack of umbrellas, spaces to be able to be comfortably without the sun burning us... They don't think about the children... the menu has dropped a lot... the room was delivered to us almost 6 in the afternoon, the attention of the staff was always ready... I hope they can improve

Erica Rojas Castellanos: The Decameron Cartagena in Bocagrande is the worst Decameron in the world. It's an ugly tower with no beach. With a very small pool with only one restaurant and no advertising site warns you that there will be no beach for 3 years, only until payment is made. Please avoid bad times, unnecessary bitterness or visit other hotels and other Decameron but definitely not this one in BOCAGRANDE.

You ask people about the activities and many don't know, they don't advise well, the snacks are not very good. The buffet food is excellent. The San Pedro restaurant is fatal and there is no air conditioning. They also did not tell us that the idea to Baru was so sought after and we were left without knowing.
