Stephanie Vergara Rojas: Extraordinary! That is one word to define this beautiful hotel in the hearth of Cartagena. My first surprise was when I passed the lobby and I saw this beautiful garden with the top ceilings and the stairs that take you to the pools and dinning room. That was my first "wow". Then, I got to the room, very nice, a combination between historical house but luxury home. We were there for a special occasion, bachelorette party, so they had champagne waiting for us (Nice!). After that, it was very close to go to restaurants from there, everything was walking distance. We went to the bar next to it one night (La jugada) and the next night, to the one that was just across from there (Alquimico); both, great places, very nice people, nice drinks, music and sunroofs that we enjoyed a lot. The final touch was the last day, when we asked for special services for our girlfriend, and they managed to provide message sessions, pool day with open bar and DJ, everything for a very reasonable price. Will definitively go back here, recommended for people who comes for work, for romantic occasion, and even for meeting with friends.

Hanoi Morillo: Beautiful house and really well located. The service is somewhat slow and don't pay attention to basics like renewing towels in the rooms or proper hot water in the showers. If you go with a big group tho is good overall.

Brian Bonaparte: Great location and nice decor but my stay was punctuated by bad surprises. The room smelled of mold, the WiFi didn’t work (cell service also out of range, so zero connectivity), no hot water and only one towel, no bath mat or wash cloth. I checked out early and was not given a refund in spite of the obvious shortcomings.

Plusiwurs chaises au bord pour prendre un bain de soleil. Le buffet déjeuner est sensiblement le même chaque matin. Offre un bon choix variés de pâtisserie, fruit et autres.

Uwe Tropf: Very nice location, on the city walls overlooking the old town of Cartagena.The service is very good: people ask if they like their seat, ask politely if they want anything else, drinks are served really quickly.Live music goes longer than 20 hours here. The music is more Colombian as far as I can judge as a tourist.The food menu (steak, grill, ... but also salads) looks very good, unfortunately I was already full.The audience is "normal", if one may say so. Of course tourists like everywhere in Cartagena, right now a few loud gringos (americanos ?) who don't want to enjoy the live music are annoying. Oddly enough, hardly any Instagirls, but I don't really miss them either o😅.Haven't paid yet, but this could be my hotspot Cartagena....

Oliver Pérez Camargo: I was at a wedding brunch where my friends, with great affection, reserved for approximately 50 people. But they had only one waiter serving, the brunch lasted from 10am to 2pm while they served everyone. There were even people who got tired and left. When they complained, they only put one more person to attend, and things improved a bit but they were still super slow. I saw that they made an effort but they were simply too few.Too bad such a paltry staffing spoiled what could have been a nice beachside brunch with cool breezes and enjoyable food.

Carter Campbell: Words can not express what an absolute pleasure it was to work with Leidis and her team. She is such a beautiful soul. We planned our wedding in Cartagena from Australia. Leidis was great working with our schedules and the time difference and we had meetings via Skype. She assembled an excellent, professional team of vendors for us. Everyone exceeded our expectations. The flowers, decorations, band, DJ, caterer and venue were all top notch. Leidis and her staff went out of their way to meet our every need once we arrived. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about her. When you plan a wedding from afar, you have to put your trust in someone which can be scary. Leidis was absolutely amazing at making all our dreams come true. She’s a real gem and anyone would be lucky to work with such a professional and lovely woman.

Alexander Pinzon: DANGEROUS... UNRESPONSIBLE... I stayed in this hotel in May, my mother suffered an accident around the pool and this hotel does not have trained personnel, nor do they have any protocol for these cases. My mom fell silent and lost consciousness for a few minutes and the lifeguard who was nearby brought me a cream to spread. The lack of knowledge in an accident like this is noticeable, an ambulance was never called to immobilize her, I had to pick her up after she fell and take her to the hospital in a taxi. The result of the fall was 3 fractured ribs and a vertebra. So far I have not heard anything from the hotel or from the hotel insurance company. If you are looking for a safe site with a greater sense of responsibility. do not stay at the hilton in cartagena.

Liegen waren immer vorhanden.Upgrade auf Meerblick als Statusmitglied habe ich bekommem.Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern eingerichtet, auch gut zum Arbeiten ausgestattet.Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, gerade bei den lokalen Gerichten kann man fast jeden Tag was neues ausprobieren. Station für Omelett und frische Säfte.Executive Lounge von 12-20 Uhr geöffnet mit kleinen Snacks, Obst, Limonaden und Kaffeemaschine und durchgehend mit 2 freundlichen Mitarbeitern besetzt. 18-20 Uhr gibt es kleine warme Gerichte, Vorspeisen, Nachspeisen, Bier,Rotwein und Weisswein. Es war bis auf das Wochende nicht überlaufen und hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht.Zu Fuss kann man mehrere Restaurants und Bars erreichen und durch Bocagrande bummeln, Ich habe mich auch abends sicher gefühlt.

Lorena LM: Absolutely amazing hotel, a truly 5-star experience! Staff are incredible and go out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasant. From Jesus welcoming special guests to the mayordomos (thank you Rudy, Diego, Amaury and Armando!) and everyone else in the hotel. The facilities are stunning and full of history and the food is amazing in all restaurants. I highly recommend the restaurant 1621 for amazing fine dining! Can’t wait to go back one day!
Gianluca Mazzanti: Siamo stati al Santa Clara per la nostra luna di miele un totale di 5 giorni a metà giugno 2023. È stata un'esperienza divina: servizio impeccabile, cibo squisito (colazione DA SOGNO) e infrastruttura meravigliosa. Unica pecca la mancanza di chiarezza riguardo il sistema delle mance. In Colombia è usanza lasciare una mancia pari al 10% del totale del conto. Ma non ci hanno spiegato bene che al momento del check out, per ogni notte ci hanno addebitato (con un sistema di mance centralizzato) circa 40€ (!). Il problema è che la mancia comunque dovrebbe essere una cosa volontaria, ma al momento di firmare ogni conto, comunque ti viene chiesto quanto desideri lasciare come mancia... Quindi abbiamo dato mance a ogni pasto, cocktail ecc. e in più ci hanno addebitato quei 40€ per ogni giorno che hanno aumentato cospicuamente il saldo da pagare a fine soggiorno. Comunque sia consigliatissimo!!!!!

Karen McNeill: This place is worth every penny! The people are beautiful, welcoming, and most of all kind. The rooms are a little outdated, but for the most part you don’t spend a lot of time in your room. The hotel has everything you need and it’s conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you. I highly recommend this place. They nailed “customer service”! I will return!

Her customer experience skills are superb.We arrived a couple of hours before checking, she graciously provided a hospitality room for us to change our clothes. While we were out exploring the city, she had our luggage conveniently transported to our room and emailed me. I appreciate the level of service she provided!Rooms: We booked a suite and it was just what we needed; 2 rooms 1 master and 2nd room with 2 twin size beds. Balcony overlooking the water. The pullout couch was super convenient for our family of 5 and the room was spacious.Safety: One of the reasons we decided to stay at the Hyatt was for safety purposes. We have stayed at the Hyatt in other countries and felt extremely safe.I like the idea of having to take 2 sets of hotels to get tothe room. This provides a layer of security bc you gave to go to the main lobby to access the room elevator.Walkability: The hotel is conveniently located in Boca Grande, next to a mall with many shops and in front of a grocery store. It's a couple of mins away via Uber to the Walled City.Food & drinks: We had room service, the food was good and priced reasonably. The drinks by the pool were amazing. We ordered mojitos and they were great!

Spectacular pool environment with dj that enlivens everything. The hotel is very large, very safe, the attention of all the staff is first class, luxury at all costs. The views are gorgeous, though it is such a shame the beach is being completely rebuilt so during our stay we just saw construction every day by the water. The service was exceptional and the restaurants were all great. All of the pools have a great view and are never too busy.
Yanis Tarifa: Here you find healthy eating and gourmet dishes. It has several restaurants open to the public, amacagua and kokaú. Recommended to visit if you are in Cartagena

Switch to guarded different bank of elevators to access rooms. Need room key to go just to your floor.Food & drinks: Breakfast is amazing. Excellent d'oeuvres and coffee in the conference rooms area.

The staff treats you like family, the location is great, it's very secure, and we ate some of the best breakfasts we've ever had there. Greg Schamberg: Excellent boutique hotel right in the heart of Cartagena. The AC in the rooms worked perfectly. You'll appreciate that after a day of exploring the city. The pool was cozy and intimate, and also very clean. The rooms are fantastic and really well appointed and huge. The beds were disappointing, as they just weren't comfortable. The staff was top notch and super helpful, though. Even with the less than ideal beds, I'd highly recommend this place.Walkability: Super close to everything in the walled city.
