Naomi Dodd: If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. It was the worst customer experience of my life. Over a 3 day period, I spent over 6 hours in the store where no one helped me. They completely disregarded my requests for my help and never followed up at all. My delete key was not working on a laptop I bought when I bought it. Instead of them coming up with alternatives to help me or even attempt to refund or exchange my merchandise, they ignored all my calls and texts. I am filing a formal complaint t with the better business bureau. I live in America and they purposely never helped me. I am going to continue to complain to anyone who will listen until something is done. I am beyond frustrated at this store.
