Krishnaja Gutta: I had to revisit the store 3 times today.. and you still got the receipts wrong!!A store like this needs to care of customer experience better, especially around basic things.
Monica Andrade: I was trying on a garment and I had another one already selected at the checkout to buy, when the saleswoman took me out of the store because it was closing time, without even giving a payment option for what had already been selected. Unheard of and impolite; the vendors absolutely detract from the place, where you expect equally premium attention to the designs they have.

Victoria Olivo Berrio: The store is wonderful but people like Camila Paez should not be in customer service. In so much time visiting st Dom I have never felt so badly attended.
Paulina Nehring: Bad customer service. We made a purchase on the day of our departure from Columbia. All 3 shop assistants confirmed that we will receive the invoice (required for 20% tax return at the airport) via email within 1 hour. Unfortunatelly we didn't received it as promissed. We called the shop from the tax return office and they said it takes normally 48hrs to issue the invoice and for sure not 1hr - so they obviously lied to us. I would expect a bit more from a shop positioning itself as premium (selling dresses priced at 600$ and more)...
P Huhn: Long story short: spent over 1 thousand dollars at this store and was never told of the tax exemption (19%). Come to find out we returned to the store to get the proper documentation to present at the airport to get our 200 dollars back. All is fine until we arrive to the airport and the documentation the store gave us was no longer valid as the laws had changed. We had arrived with plenty of time so we decided to contact the store to have the proper documentation sent. We spoke with a sales associates that referred us to a WhatsApp number. Almost missed our flight waiting for a response that never came. I’ve emailed them multiple times and have yet to hear back from them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNETHICAL is all I have to say. You’re better off spending your money elsewhere.
Raymond Kanevsky: Though a limited men's selection, this is one of the the best boutique stores in Cartagena. They have high end and high quality products from beach wrar to formal dresses for women and beaxh wear and every day cool for men.
RONALD GOMEZ: It is a beautiful store, spacious, comfortable and they are very friendly.
Guy Drake: My wife loved this shop! She and her sister found beautiful clothes, handbags, shoes at amazing prices. She purchased a one of a kind handbag that would have costs thousands of dollars at home. There were clothes of all sizes equally beautiful and as she noted “full enough for her to fill beautiful“. They enjoyed exceptional service and ongoing attention from the staff. In fact, she said they were super patient and quickly figured out their differing styles. She loved it so much, she has been trying to shop at the store online. If anything, that has been the only disappointment that she isn’t able to do so! A must go if beautiful clothes and home products is your goal!
JG79: Yeah, agree with most of the comments. Good stuff, it's a nice boutique in a good space and has a fair amount of nice clothes. Staff are ok and helpful and attentive. Not so good, they seem to have almost 0 sizes of anything, both my wife and I struggled to get mediums of most, and we are both normal sizes. 2nd, definitely a bit of snooty vibe in here ....It's pricey but they also often have decent stuff on sale. Mainly womens clothes, accessories and mens summer gear.

Dan SILVA: AMAZING selection of fashion and accessories! Really nice atmosphere and decoration, you really feel at home !!!But ... The attitude of the sales associates can really be improved. They don't smile, don't say hello and if you need a size or something you have to ask because they will never come to you to assist or almost to propose help.

Cara Cameron: Gorgeous boutique, wonderful atmosphere. It is pricey, they don't accept RETURNS. If you want exchange you have 30 days. Just no refunds.
Monica Moncayo: It is a store of Colombian designers, where in addition to finding the talent of indigenous cultures mixed with current trends, you can see the latest collections of accessories, clothing, footwear, etc., while enjoying a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, accompanied by the kindness of advisers. A mandatory place to visit.

Sara Melisa Franco Arboleda: Terrible service, a dress was bought, supposedly the measurements were taken to adjust it to the size and what was sent was a dress with a wide waist, a long inseam and a tight chest, it is not understood why the measurements are taken. The dress was returned because they were going to adjust it and it was still long in the waist, with bags at the waist and a strange shape on the chest. The truth is that something very expensive was paid for in the end not being able to use it. The only solution they give is that they should take it to a normal tailor to have it fitted, which they supposedly would do from the start when the measurements were taken. They sell dresses to sell nothing else.

Fer Castillo: Very normal, the clothes, the fabric, everything is very synthetic, of course, you find cotton t-shirts! The store has nothing innovative, the customer service, if the staff that attends you is female, they are a little friendlier without being too much. If it's the staff, it's male, it's very security guard that all it does is make you feel like a thief when you enter here! There is no advice beyond what you ask, they are limited to; "There is and there is not!", there is no vocation of service!. It is my personal opinion but I feel that this store needs a total renovation, from what they sell to the concept of interior decoration!
