Kenny Mitchell: Can’t recommend the linen shirt I got. On the first day, one of the buttons just fully snapped in half. Not due to misuse. The buttons are paper thin and very brittle. A few days later I am wearing it again and the same happens with another button while carefully unbuttoning it. Just fully breaks in half.Loved the shirt initially, but these buttons require an absurd amount of delicate handling. Not sustainable.
Phil Nadon: So much quality control issues, half the shorts I tried has missing / partial button holes, and the shirts has an absurd amount of loose threads, one of the ones I tried had a loose button which fell off almost immediately.For the price it's a joke.
Kunal Jain: Beautiful store and clothing. However, the ladies working at the front were extremely disrespectful, refusing to help us and laughing at us while making comments behind our back. I found this very insulting and was quite displeased with the service. It’s a shame because the clothing is nice. I would advise others to be aware of this. Of note, I purchased 2 linen pants, 1 set of shoes, and 1 dress shirt.

Bill Knight: Found a nice linen shirt in my size, which proved difficult in Cartagena as I'm fairly tall. I ventured out on my own with my daughter, but without my Spanish speaking wife, and the saleslady was very patient with me and my google translate app and even went into the back to find a shirt that would fit me. Deducted one star bc the cashier, on the other hand, was not at all friendly... Judging by body language and refusal to even look at me or smile or anything.

The staff is friendly and is great because they give you your space so you can watch and shop peacefully. It's definitely expensive for Colombia but great clothes/materials.

Krishnaja Gutta: I had to revisit the store 3 times today.. and you still got the receipts wrong!!A store like this needs to care of customer experience better, especially around basic things.
Monica Andrade: I was trying on a garment and I had another one already selected at the checkout to buy, when the saleswoman took me out of the store because it was closing time, without even giving a payment option for what had already been selected. Unheard of and impolite; the vendors absolutely detract from the place, where you expect equally premium attention to the designs they have.

Paulina Nehring: Bad customer service. We made a purchase on the day of our departure from Columbia. All 3 shop assistants confirmed that we will receive the invoice (required for 20% tax return at the airport) via email within 1 hour. Unfortunatelly we didn't received it as promissed. We called the shop from the tax return office and they said it takes normally 48hrs to issue the invoice and for sure not 1hr - so they obviously lied to us. I would expect a bit more from a shop positioning itself as premium (selling dresses priced at 600$ and more)...
P Huhn: Long story short: spent over 1 thousand dollars at this store and was never told of the tax exemption (19%). Come to find out we returned to the store to get the proper documentation to present at the airport to get our 200 dollars back. All is fine until we arrive to the airport and the documentation the store gave us was no longer valid as the laws had changed. We had arrived with plenty of time so we decided to contact the store to have the proper documentation sent. We spoke with a sales associates that referred us to a WhatsApp number. Almost missed our flight waiting for a response that never came. I’ve emailed them multiple times and have yet to hear back from them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNETHICAL is all I have to say. You’re better off spending your money elsewhere.
Raymond Kanevsky: Though a limited men's selection, this is one of the the best boutique stores in Cartagena. They have high end and high quality products from beach wrar to formal dresses for women and beaxh wear and every day cool for men.
RONALD GOMEZ: It is a beautiful store, spacious, comfortable and they are very friendly.
Guy Drake: My wife loved this shop! She and her sister found beautiful clothes, handbags, shoes at amazing prices. She purchased a one of a kind handbag that would have costs thousands of dollars at home. There were clothes of all sizes equally beautiful and as she noted “full enough for her to fill beautiful“. They enjoyed exceptional service and ongoing attention from the staff. In fact, she said they were super patient and quickly figured out their differing styles. She loved it so much, she has been trying to shop at the store online. If anything, that has been the only disappointment that she isn’t able to do so! A must go if beautiful clothes and home products is your goal!
JG79: Yeah, agree with most of the comments. Good stuff, it's a nice boutique in a good space and has a fair amount of nice clothes. Staff are ok and helpful and attentive. Not so good, they seem to have almost 0 sizes of anything, both my wife and I struggled to get mediums of most, and we are both normal sizes. 2nd, definitely a bit of snooty vibe in here ....It's pricey but they also often have decent stuff on sale. Mainly womens clothes, accessories and mens summer gear.

Dan SILVA: The most unwelcoming boutique that I have ever been.When we enter to the boutique two sales associate stare at us like screening us without saying a word not even welcoming us, not even just "Hello" or "Good Morning". While we visit the boutique two sales associate where busy gossiping at the counter table and the 3rd was sitted on a chair checking his phone.I must say that the boutique were completely empty and we where the only customers there.We were two totally well dressed no swimsuits or beach attire. But they don't dare to look at us...We are used to "luxury" boutiques but I've never seen something like this....We ended up doing our shopping at another luxury multibrand shop.

Juanita Vega: The place is an outdoor space, with comfortable rattan tables, it has fans and good lighting. However, the service was not the best experience, we asked for a dish to be explained to us and they could not give us an explanation. A simple pasta costs $65,000 pesos, however if you want Parmesan cheese they will charge you additionally. We point out that the administrator, seeing our annoyance with the charge for the cheese, offered it to us as a courtesy, however it is not fair that they handle high prices and the most basic things are not included, the attitude of the service personnel is reluctance and disinterest. I would not return nor would I recommend it.
