Krishnaja Gutta: I had to revisit the store 3 times today.. and you still got the receipts wrong!!A store like this needs to care of customer experience better, especially around basic things.
Monica Andrade: I was trying on a garment and I had another one already selected at the checkout to buy, when the saleswoman took me out of the store because it was closing time, without even giving a payment option for what had already been selected. Unheard of and impolite; the vendors absolutely detract from the place, where you expect equally premium attention to the designs they have.

Victoria Olivo Berrio: The store is wonderful but people like Camila Paez should not be in customer service. In so much time visiting st Dom I have never felt so badly attended.
Paulina Nehring: Bad customer service. We made a purchase on the day of our departure from Columbia. All 3 shop assistants confirmed that we will receive the invoice (required for 20% tax return at the airport) via email within 1 hour. Unfortunatelly we didn't received it as promissed. We called the shop from the tax return office and they said it takes normally 48hrs to issue the invoice and for sure not 1hr - so they obviously lied to us. I would expect a bit more from a shop positioning itself as premium (selling dresses priced at 600$ and more)...
P Huhn: Long story short: spent over 1 thousand dollars at this store and was never told of the tax exemption (19%). Come to find out we returned to the store to get the proper documentation to present at the airport to get our 200 dollars back. All is fine until we arrive to the airport and the documentation the store gave us was no longer valid as the laws had changed. We had arrived with plenty of time so we decided to contact the store to have the proper documentation sent. We spoke with a sales associates that referred us to a WhatsApp number. Almost missed our flight waiting for a response that never came. I’ve emailed them multiple times and have yet to hear back from them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNETHICAL is all I have to say. You’re better off spending your money elsewhere.
Raymond Kanevsky: Though a limited men's selection, this is one of the the best boutique stores in Cartagena. They have high end and high quality products from beach wrar to formal dresses for women and beaxh wear and every day cool for men.
RONALD GOMEZ: It is a beautiful store, spacious, comfortable and they are very friendly.
Guy Drake: My wife loved this shop! She and her sister found beautiful clothes, handbags, shoes at amazing prices. She purchased a one of a kind handbag that would have costs thousands of dollars at home. There were clothes of all sizes equally beautiful and as she noted “full enough for her to fill beautiful“. They enjoyed exceptional service and ongoing attention from the staff. In fact, she said they were super patient and quickly figured out their differing styles. She loved it so much, she has been trying to shop at the store online. If anything, that has been the only disappointment that she isn’t able to do so! A must go if beautiful clothes and home products is your goal!
JG79: Yeah, agree with most of the comments. Good stuff, it's a nice boutique in a good space and has a fair amount of nice clothes. Staff are ok and helpful and attentive. Not so good, they seem to have almost 0 sizes of anything, both my wife and I struggled to get mediums of most, and we are both normal sizes. 2nd, definitely a bit of snooty vibe in here ....It's pricey but they also often have decent stuff on sale. Mainly womens clothes, accessories and mens summer gear.

Uno regresa ahí a la zona donde están los Play-Doh y estamos esperando tener Internet para decir que nos mandaran plata ya que en ese momento no teníamos efectivo y le íbamos a avisar a nuestro papá. Y la vigilante se nos acerca, nos pregunta que habíamos abierto y uno le mostró y creo que ella ya sabia que ese Slime ya estaba abierto ya que ella sabía cuales eran los que estaban abiertos. Bueno, nos dijo que si no teníamos plata nos acercaramos a Atención al Cliente que estaba ahí mismo para devolver lo que habíamos comprado para comprar el Slime por algo llamado tarjeta de cambio. Devolvemos los productos pagos y nos hacen cobrar el Slime abierto y roto que mi hermana supuestamente había abierto. Ya al final nos dijeron que como era Slime era más caro y le tuvimos que pedir a una señora que estaba haciendo la fila que nos regalara 500 para poder pagar, pero nos faltaban 2000 que agradezco a la señora por haberlo regalado. Si tienen productos abiertos uno piensa que sería algo de muestra o algo así, ¿por qué no los quitan de ahí?. Vigilante Narvaez te odio, por ti no me pude comer mi Takis. 😔
