Jordan Uffer: Vip service is much more than just a taxi service. I spent 2 and a half days with vip service and it was absolutely incredible. 1 day was a round trip tour to the beach. The driver was on time, got me there safely and handled everything. He even will watch your things when you want to go in the ocean! He also offers you free wifi through his phone which was a great bonus! Day 2 was a tour in the city where we went to the castle, a fort and an art area of the city which was beautiful (along with a few other stops) He offered to take me to another beach that day but I declined as I was too tired from all the fun! Lastly they were nice enough enough to arrange a ride from my hotel back to the airport for my departure so I didn’t have to worry about anything.Whatever you need vip service can provide and they are very flexible to your wants. DFA Club: We celebrated a bachelorette party in Cartagena with seven close girlfriends in mid-February. As the host and trip organizer, it was a big responsibility to not only exceed everyone’s travel expectations, including the bride most importantly, but also to keep everyone safe while we had fun. Our entire group is well-traveled, enjoys five-star experiences, and minds the fine details.Finding Prime Cartagena was an absolute Godsend and game changer. I simply let Chris know what we had in mind, our tastes, preferences then from there he handled EVERYTHING. Chris set up our transportation to and from the airport, all reservations, tours, beauty/health services, restaurants, bars, shows, boat rental, grocery shopping, setting up & shopping for receptions at our hotel, you name it. Chris and his team did it all and did it very well. Even things we didn’t ask for, they thought through for us and made sure our trip was comfortable from start to finish.I mentioned safety was a concern, especially for some of our high-profile guests. Prime Cartagena provided personal protection services and a bi-lingual concierge for our entire stay. Sammy was our bodyguard and Jamie was our concierge. Let me just say WOW!!! We never left the hotel without Sammy & Jamie by our side and leading the way day and night. Sammy & Jamie both got along so well with our group making it feel like we had known them for years.Sammy is basically the mayor of Cartagena – everywhere you go people know him, respect him, tip their hats to him. Any place we wanted to go, he knew how to get us in right away without standing in line or getting harassed or haggled by anyone. Even nights out, or when we were dancing our hearts out, we never once got disturbed by a single person. Mind you this was a group of seven beautiful women, wearing hot AF outfits and getting DOWN on the dancefloor. Not once did anyone come up to try to hit on us or get involved in our action. This is because Sammy & Jamie were there to run interference and keep us safe. It felt soooo nice to just enjoy our girl time and let our hair down without a care in the world.We can’t wait to come back to Cartagena with our husbands and families…next time for a longer stay! We will definitely use Prime Cartagena services again - turnkey for everything. The highlights of our trip were boat tour to Rosario Islands, Seven 7 Times burlesque show, Cande Restaurante, Casa Lola and hanging out at various rooftop bars in the Walled City. Matthew Gibbons: I was endowed by one of my best friends with the responsibility of being his best man. With Chris’s help, I planned a 4 night, 5 day bachelor party trip for 10 guys that will never be forgotten. Everything was just as advertised by Prime Cartagena. Chris booked the perfect house for us and was available and responsive around the clock leading up the trip answering any question I had and helping me plan all aspects of the trip. When we got there, Chris was waiting for us at the airport with a Sprinter which took us to our fully stocked house. The trip included breakfast prepared by a chef everyday and yacht for an amazing boat day bouncing to the islands. Chris booked us dinners at all of the restaurants we wanted to eat at (some recommended by Chris, others that we found on our own), made sure we got everywhere we wanted or needed to be and made sure that we had anything and everything we wanted. I’m getting married next year and will be using Chris again.

There is really limited options for a vegan but she really made us all feel welcome and included. She is a wealth of knowledge on history and culture of Cartagena and makes the information fun and engaging. I really couldn't recommend the tour more. It's way more than just a food tour!

The response I got via email was about the tour including beach time, lunch etc. I replied saying that I was not interested in the tour. They said fine they would look if the transport was available. Never got back to me. Update your website if not offering the service and don't waste people's time.

Elizabeth Grewe: Had the best experiences with Cartagena Connections! They set us up with a coffee tasting at Cafe Del Mural that completely changed how we thought about coffee. Unforgettable, delicious, very educational. Then we did a market tour with Dan, he was so friendly and knew the maze of the alleys and stalls well. Definitely go with a guide. Dan had great vibes and helped us buy produce. He made sure we got to try local juice and fruit and surprised us with a souvenir at the end, a customized poster from a local artist. Communication with March at CC before, during and after the experiences was friendly, responsive and helpful. Recommend working with them for all sightseeing and touristic needs!

I sent multiple emails confirming the experience I wanted, asked if it was still available and never heard back from anyone. Do not waste your time with this company. There are better ones in Cartagena.

Michael Müller: We had the steet food tour with Kristy and we were absolutely amazed by it.Kristy, living since years in Cartagena, does not only know all the best places to get street food, she also knows a ton of stories about the city itself, the different cultures, the current situation and how the people make their living, about murals, and and and...So this tour is not really about "the city was found in xy bla bla" but about the little details and also about how things and city spots are connected to the history and the people.The food itself was delicious and more than plenty. I did not count but we had like ten snacks, fruits and drinks. But warning: You need to be into fried stuff and cheese but when you are you will love this experience.
