Kath: I bought a product, for unknown reasons it did not work for me, I took it back and the attention they gave me leaves much to be desired from a store with a philosophy that is definitely not reflected in the Cartagena staff, from the store director in Later they were despots, they even claimed that I was to blame for the fact that the product did not work for me. The store manager tells me that she has no idea about the product, that she should ask the brand consultant and then she takes it herself and applies it to tell me that the product is fine, that is... she does the product quality test? I consider that this should not have been the handling of my case and I recommend to the principal of fedco a better personnel selection process, because what they currently have is too offensive.
