Lila Landeros: I went to the restaurant for an event and it was very nice.Generalities:- They went for us to the hotel where we were staying to walk to the restaurant between drums and local women dressed in white.- They have Wi-Fi with medium signal.- The food lacks seasoning.- They accept credit and debit cards as an additional payment method to cash.- If you are in a wheelchair, I would like to tell you that access is of medium-high difficulty. There are a couple of steps to enter the place and many others for the services.- The hotel and restaurant are nice.- Looks visibly clean.- Attention is good.- They have a stage for live music.

Stephane Mongrain: Face à la mer, seulement la rue à traverser. Les chambres sont très bien et assez grandes et bien insonorisée. La piscine est belle et assez grande. Plusiwurs chaises au bord pour prendre un bain de soleil. Le buffet déjeuner est sensiblement le même chaque matin. Offre un bon choix variés de pâtisserie, fruit et autres.

Luis Alexander Oviedo: Our first trip to Cartagena and we stayed at this hotel. An excellent decision. Very friendly staff, delicious food, pool near the sea and where no vendors come to bother. Definitely if I return to Cartagena we will stay here again.

Os funcionários são todos muito amáveis, em especial Yadira, Hayler, Yaris, Christian e Ronald do restaurante, Roberto E seu parceiro da piscina, A Camareira Eyirma E Luís Júlio da Recepção. Ficamos na suíte principal, 1201. A vista é cinematográfica. Nos fez sentir realmente em uma tela de cinema. Nossos mais sinceros parabéns ao cozinheiro. A comida é fantástica. Recomendo muito. Passamos dias inesquecíveis.

Vine con mi pareja a quedarnos una semana en el hotel... y me enamoré del lugar y de las instalaciones. Estuvimos un mes en el hotel, incluidas dos extensiones de nuestra estadía. El restaurante del hotel, y el desayuno está al nivel de un chef, nada menos que eso. El gerente de reservas pudo darnos una respuesta incluso cuando el lugar estaba lleno y brindó un servicio excepcional. El hotel está situado cerca del aeropuerto y se puede llegar fácilmente al centro de la ciudad vieja. Definitivamente regresaré en el futuro. Juliana Rodriguez: No es un lugar apto para personas asmaticas, ni con problemas respiratorios. Es un hotel supremamente húmedo, tiene alfombra en los corredores lo cual hace que el lugar huela a humedad, dudo mucho sobre el mantenimiento de los aires acondicionados. Después de cambiarme de cuarto 4 veces logre dormir. Termine con inhaladores y antibiótico, todo mal.Food & drinks: El desayuno esta bueno, la variedad es buena.

The gym is ok ( it could be better but is not bad ) the pools area is small but cozy with a bar near it and the beech entrance is right behind the hotel so there’s no need to move much to get there. It’s a quiet and nice place to rest and enjoy the Caribbean weather

Cornelio Odijk: This place need maintenance especially the rooms and the airco and showers one night I sit middle of the night front of my door till the reset the door whit a laptop the airco is big and above the bed and have is own life ( cold or out) the good thing is the food is great the people there amazing they do there best to please you in anyway especially the 2 hostess Yaris and i forget the name of the other Yaris is amazing she love here job and knows what she is doing ( give here a raise) double here saliry. Iam sorry to write like this but when you come from Holliday express boca grande you expect more from Holliday inn Morros

H HA: Terrible experience checking in an expected room, Hotel .com scammed me booking the place 2 months earlier for nearly double their current priceHotel refused to acknowledge and upgraded me to a room which was not much better - the whole place needs renovation, safe box does not work , coffee machine and hair dryer.Use the stairs to access the only ice machine located in floor 5, for security elevator will get u only to your floor 😭The worst was a cockroach crawling in my room last night.Fresh fruits in the breakfast is covered with gnat flies. Actual domestic flies will fight you for other options. 🤮Thanks god coffee is great and u go eat elsewhere. Staff are polite and friendly, they always act as they do not understand English to get away with a lot of things. 🤬
