We did a round of mojitos!The views remind me of a roof top in Panama over looking the older buildings and churches.Great views to enjoy and wow sunsets!!

Paul Johnson: The Movich rooftop might be one of the best views in the old city of Cartagena and probably worth a visit particularly for a sunsetHowever be prepared to pay the highest prices in the city for cocktails and they are not very good. Just a shot of vodka or rum will cost 80,000 pesos (~$19 US dollars), which is close to 2x other high end restaurants in the old city.Despite the fabulous view we were shocked by the prices of the cocktails, which spoiled our visit.

But …. 2 very anoying points:1. the music was terrible, loud american pop music. We asked to change the music and they were clueless…. Saying it was the hotel radio. The music is so important for the ambiance, the full city is about salsa and good vibe, I can’t believe they don’t have better music than that to create a vibe.2. The service! We ordered 2 Dry Martini from the menu. The waiter said they can’t do them, they are out of gin. We asked then to replace by vodka. It got extremely complicated. And at the end, they charged double the price, saying they had to charge a shot of vodka (?) to replace the gin in the martini.. we argued, but the manager was rude and not client friendly. A big zero for the service.Unfortunately, although the view is amazing, go for some pictures and get your drinks somewhere else nicer !

HAROLD RANSOM: This place was recommended by our driver and it was spot on. Nice location, with beautiful views. We could see other rooftop bars and it had a view of the Plaza where a public concert was taking place. Food was good, margaritas were better than the mojitos.Food & drinks: Food and drinks were excellent.

Her customer experience skills are superb.We arrived a couple of hours before checking, she graciously provided a hospitality room for us to change our clothes. While we were out exploring the city, she had our luggage conveniently transported to our room and emailed me. I appreciate the level of service she provided!Rooms: We booked a suite and it was just what we needed; 2 rooms 1 master and 2nd room with 2 twin size beds. Balcony overlooking the water. The pullout couch was super convenient for our family of 5 and the room was spacious.Safety: One of the reasons we decided to stay at the Hyatt was for safety purposes. We have stayed at the Hyatt in other countries and felt extremely safe.I like the idea of having to take 2 sets of hotels to get tothe room. This provides a layer of security bc you gave to go to the main lobby to access the room elevator.Walkability: The hotel is conveniently located in Boca Grande, next to a mall with many shops and in front of a grocery store. It's a couple of mins away via Uber to the Walled City.Food & drinks: We had room service, the food was good and priced reasonably. The drinks by the pool were amazing. We ordered mojitos and they were great!

Luxury, spectacular, spacious rooms with an incredible view, intelligent climate inside the rooms that ensure a restful sleep, the food is delicious buffet and à la carte, there are several restaurants and a pool area for adults and families. Spectacular pool environment with dj that enlivens everything. The hotel is very large, very safe, the attention of all the staff is first class, luxury at all costs. I loved it, I will surely return to the hyatt chain. Highly recommended.

Jay Peralta: I had such an amazing stay at this Hyatt for a 6 day trip to Cartagena. The views are gorgeous, though it is such a shame the beach is being completely rebuilt so during our stay we just saw construction every day by the water. The service was exceptional and the restaurants were all great. All of the pools have a great view and are never too busy.

javigon: If you want a hotel with constant noise, this is your hotel.The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is varied and very good.The problem lies in the constant noise we had. First they placed us on the top floor just below the pool where they organized a party that sounded as if we were in it. After complaining several times, they changed our room at 10 p.m. and gave us another one right next to the elevator.You can hear everything that happens in the hotel, the rooms are poorly soundproofed and you don't rest well.

Isaias Duque: An overpriced hotel, small rooms, in my case my room was located on the ground floor, in a corridor where all the people who go to the bar pass through, so I did not feel privacy; Breakfast is served on the 4th floor but both elevators failed on the days I stayed. I think it is TOO EXPENSIVE for what it really offers.

We were also by the breakfast so it was loud outside our room during the day.The breakfast was not edible. It was outside and food had been sitting out in over 100 degree weather for hours.We also got room service one night and we couldn’t eat any of it because it was cold and uncooked.We checked out early because nothing went right at this hotel.

Jeder der nur das Hotel besucht, auch wenn nur 5min bezahlt 300mil pesos. Es steht nirgends wie viel es normalerweise kostet es wird auch nichts schriftliches ausgehändigt.Schon am Eingang wartet die Security die konstant wissen will, auf welchem Zimmer du schläfst sowie das nur die Person das Hotel betritt die da auch registriert und bezahlt ist.Die Rezeption kennt keine Privatsphäre und zeigt fremde ID-Kopien und Registrationsblätter.Auch finde ich persönlich die Angestellten der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich.Ich konnte über die Seite wo ich das Hotel gebucht hatte die restlichen Nächten Stornieren und ein anderes Hotel buchen.Zum Glück war das andere Hotel viel besser.Safety: Das Hotel überwacht seine Gäste 24/7 und das auch im Zimmer.
