Lo mismo pasa con todos los que trabajan allí.Nuestro contenedor tardó 15 días más de lo pautado en el Booking porque nunca lo subieron al barco cuando debían. Y además nos cobraron estadía en el puerto por el retraso se SU BARCO, de esto nos enteramos cuando elcarro ya estaba dentro del contenedor y ya no podíamos hacer nada. Te van robando a poco. Son inoperantes.Además Seaboard Cartagena no se comunica con Seaboard Manzanillo y una vez que estás en Colón, Panamá, hay que comunicarse con Cartagena, pero en Colombia nadie te responde. Y peor aún, en Seaboard Manzanillo no nos facilitaron el teléfono para poder hablar con su oficina en Cartagena, eso es complicado para un extranjero sin teléfono ni carro. Conseguir un teléfono en Manzanillo o Colón es muy complicado.Los costos extras de la estadía en Panamá no te los reconocen. Colón es una ciudad muy peligrosa y uno debe esperar en otro lugar sumando más costos al cruce y perdiendo tiempo.En nuestro Booking original nuestro contenedor hacia el itinerario Cartagena - Manzanillo, después lo cambiaron, sin avisarnos, por Cartagena-Limón (Costa Rica) - Manzanillo. Y cuando llegó nuestro contenedor descubrimos que había ido a Miami también!!!!Seaboard siempre culpa al clima en USA, pero la verdad es que tienen problemas operativos.El día que debía llegar el barco con nuestro contenedor recibimos un mail de Seaboard Manzanillo diciendo que “nuestro contenedor no pudo arribar a Manzanillo y aún se encuentra en Puerto Limón Costa Rica”, y así durante 3 semanas la misma historia. Nos iban diciendo semanalmente que nuestro contenedor no arribaba a Manzanillo. Nos cambiaron 3 veces el barco asignado.Una vez que por llegó el contenedor al puerto de Manzanillo no nos dejaron presenciar la apertura de de los candados del contenedor y nos hicieron esperar afuera mientras trajeron el vehículo a la puerta. Por suerte no nos robaron nada, pero conocemos personas que embarcaron con nosotros en otro contenedor de Seaboard y que tuvieron problemas de robo.Recomendamos que vayan con otra empresa. Investiguen bien antes, un gestor tampoco les garantiza que estos problemas no existan.Nosotros hicimos el trámite por nuestra cuenta y no fue necesario un gestor. El retraso que tuvimos no lo hubiera resuelto el gestor porque fue un problema operativo de Seaboard Marine.

I had booked a trip to Blue Apple Beach through this company for a Sunday, i got an email confirming that i was all set and ready to go for me and 3 other people. I then received an email the next day saying unfortunately there is no availability for Sunday (after i already got a confirmation) and was asked if i would like to go Monday, and without an argument i said no problem. I received a confirmation to meet at their office at 10:30AM, and that's exactly what i did. The office was closed (due to a holiday that i would have no idea about because i was just vacationing and it was never mentioned when they had me move my reservation to this day) So we called and called and then i emailed and finally got a hold of someone and they said they were having someone come pick us up, and would refund me for the at least the transportation. At this point my friends and i have already got in a taxi to get on a boat to make sure we can enjoy the day at the island we had all paid for already, not only did we have to pay for a taxi, we had to pay a decent amount of money to get us to an island by a different boat. Not only did they refuse to refund me for what was their mistake after they said they would, they ignored my last email asking them to reconsider that decision. So for anyone visiting Colombia, i don't recommend going through this company, Blue Apple Beach was great once we were there so i would just find another way to get there so you don't have to pay double like we did.

s heydt: One of the best best vacations we've ever taken! Rainbow Nelson and his talented team looked after every detail of our nine days in and around Cartagena. We traveled with our three children and my parents--there was something fun for everyone. This Is Cartagena planned wonderfully creative adventures for us each day, like a treasure hunt for the kids, salsa dancing lessons, chocolate making, floating in a mud volcano, tours through the market and a gondola ride through the mangroves. They arranged for daily Spanish lessons (Gustavo was fantastic with the kids!) and private tours with dynamic, talented guides (Ronaldo and Alex!). We chose Colombia because we hoped to expose our children to other cultures and ways of life. I'll admit I was a little nervous to travel there, but we felt safe at every moment--and I appreciated the efforts they made to Introduce us to aspects of real life in Cartagena, beyond the typical tourist experiences. It left a lasting impact upon us all!The accommodations were great. We loved the Casa Hobo and the amazing staff! Excellent food at every meal--we dined in several times and were treated to traditional Colombian cuisine. The week also included several meals out on the town arranged by This is Cartagena. They planned for a range of dining experiences that were occasionally adventous, but always delicious! Our three days at a private beach retreat were heavenly! The place came equipt with a beautiful pool overlooking the Caribbean, food served up under the palm trees, and daily excursions on speedboats to explore the nearby islands. It was paradise! What luck we had finding Rainbow and his team. We were so well looked after--leaving it all to come home was the hardest part!

They had a fair amount of local wildlife and a 6 area to buy souvenirs and the likeWhile sitting down at the Juan Valdez coffee shop, a monkey came over and wanted to share my iced coffee. The souvenirs were a great price. The coffee was similarly priced to what I would expect in the USA.

Tom Shott: Nice free stop and easy walk from the cruise ships. The experience is full of all kinds of wildlife in an open zoo format. It's very clean as attendants are keeping it picked up. The gift shop is very clean and air conditioned. Prices are reasonable. Have Fun!

UNBEDINGT den kleinen Park in der Nähe des Anlieger besuchen. Dort sind unzählige Papageien, Affen und andere frei lebende Tiere. Echt super und so haben wir das noch nie irgendwo anders auf der Welt gesehen.

After a medical history and vitals, I received an injection of corticosteroid and the NSIAD diclofenac. By the next day my symptoms were much, much better. The doctor spent about an hour with me and my final bill was 322,000 COP or $70 USD. Everyone was very professional and I highly recommend them.

We went two days in a row because there was no improvement and we left there the same or worse! They told us that it was one of the best but they are not even close to being it. TO WORK!

Ralf from SV Barbarella: Due to my conditions, my GP sent me to Medihelp ER on a Saturday. "You need to get to the ER at once... Your condition requires close monitoring and testing to be done immediately". After 45 painful minutes of waiting and sitting in the waiting area (I asked if there was any chance to at least lay down somewhere while waiting for a doctor, but that was refused) I was finally examined by a doctor. The immediate hypothesis of the doctor was that I have Covid. I had a negative antigene test from the day before, but because of the general low sensitivity of antigene tests, the doctor decided that it must be false negative. Oxygen level 99%, no loss of taste or smell, no respiratory issues, but for the doctor, it was clear I have Covid. He never explained or discussed his diagnosis with me. I only found out when reading his medical report later myself. It seems like he just wanted to get rid of me. Maybe he felt sorry for him not being at the beach on a nice Saturday together with his pals. He did not do any other test to rule out other diseases, e.g. dengue etc. (I explained that I travelled the Amazon 10 days earlier). I had to insist that at least they do a small standard blood test (see picture). The doctor promised to review the results of the blood test. But he never did, at least he never came back to me. Not that there was no reason for not coming back to me based on the results of this small blood test. Thankfully, my GP came back to me immediately after he read the results on Sunday morning, because the results of these blood tests showed that immediate action was necessary.For me, this is a textbook case of unprofessional bad medical practice. I can still hardly believe that this happened at Medihelp! I mean, everyone will have a bad moment. It is not possible, even for the best doctor, to always be at the top of her game. But in this case, the doctor disregarded so many basic medical standards...Do I need to mention that on Tuesday the PCR test came back negative?
