The group now is incredible, a very good band, the singer has a beautiful voice and full of energy, the musicians are very good. There are burlesque dances. The waitresses are always very friendly. Recommended the sushi, the mini hamburgers, the ribs.

I've travelled to many countries and tried out hundreds of different bars. This one takes the cake. My favorite drink here is the "Rosarito." Steven Heath: We had a great time at El Baron tonight. Angel was our waiter and was so outgoing and kind as he explained the menus and made suggestions on what we should order. He has a great background story of how he came to be in Cartagena from his hometown as well.We ordered a couple of tapas - Ceviche de la Casa and Croquetas de Res. We liked both but were especially enjoyed the Croquetas. The drinks were great as well. They have a wide selection of options.There is only a small inside section but a large outdoor seating area if there’s nothing available inside. The only benefit of inside is the air conditioning.

We asked for a song to sing birthdays and they didn't allow it because they only listen to electronic music, we were a group of more than 15 adult people to celebrate the birthday of a 60-year-old person. Lady Bello: The reason why I’m putting 5 stars is because the food is sooo delicious yum yum and where the restaurant is located the is amazing. The bad part is the communication in that restaurant. If you go on google maps search up the restaurant and try to call that restaurant the number bad it doesn’t go through. I tried sooo many times I had to go to another restaurant and ask for help. That restaurant needs to adjust the number as to why they haven’t is a mystery. Once I was able to successfully make the reservations a few hours later I called to make sure my reservations was ok and then I called again the second day just make sure, call me crazy I just like to make sure everything was okay. As soon as I got there they didn’t see my reservations 🤯!!! I had to get loud and rude to the put that they called in the manager and I told the manager this is a mess on how you handle the reservations. Yeah you can also do the reservations online but I believe in doing things myself and or in person. The manager let me in because I gave him all proof that I tried calling to make a reservation and everything. We sat the table that we picked. WE WAITED FOR AN HOUR for our server to come to us. Another serve saw us tried to help and she noticed that our actual serve never came up to us. She decided to help I was soo angry on how the manager miss manages his personal. The server who help us was soo sweet to us. I left her a tip and she said that there’s a new law in Colombia that because the restaurants are paying the servers well the customers aren’t allowed to tip us. I believe alll restaurantes should follow this example.

Harsh S: MAJOR SCAM WARNINGI hate leaving bad reviews but I got here looking for for friends and some guys started hassling me outside. They said I was in their territory and couldn’t walk there. I went inside with my friends to avoid them for an hour and when I tried to leave, they had a sentry outside waiting for me to leave so they could surround me again and ask for money.The worst part? I asked the security guard and manager for help and to call the police (it was 11pm and still busy) and they just laughed and said they couldn’t do anything. This is a scam that I believe they’re all working on together - I wasn’t drunk or doing anything stupid, just going to a bar where my friends were at.Horrible, horrible bar and maybe the scariest experience I’ve had as an American even though I didn’t do anything wrong. Do not go here.

Great for impressing those business clients who want to let loose and have some good old fun. The hookahs are great and they offer a variety of flavors, definitely worth checking out for a business after party or with friends.
