Frost JC: Its a nice, small sushi place that has around 20 different types of rolls. As far as traditional stuff (which is my jam) they have nigiri, sashimi, miso and edamame, that's about it. No Tempura, Teppanyaki or Yakimeshi..Flavour wise it was pretty good, both my nigiri and the "fusion" (That's what I call them) rolls the others had. I would only go with the Salmon nigiri, the other two are just ok.Oh, the seating is on the low side which made it a bit uncomfortable. So food wise I would probably let it get away with 4 stars for a fusion roll place and also the price but if you are looking for traditional japanese food then don't expect much (2-3 stars at most)
Momu: Really nice place. When I went it was rainy and cold (comparative in CTG) and I got the miso soup, tuna and a salad. All very good, definitely going back again. The main picture of th dining area is incorrect...it is a picture of an different restaurant down the street.

Jessica: If you want sushi, this place is a safe choice. Its hard to find good sushi in Colombia, I'm very glad I came here. The soy sauce is actually salty (and not sweet which seems to be common), the portions are good, there is pickled ginger and wasabi.The restaurant has airconditioning and a fresh and clean bathroom. Sandra: This place was quite a surprise. Firstly, my family and I walked into Carmen hoping to snatch a table for an early dinner. Well, with no reservation that plan backfired.Thankfully, the staff suggested Moshi. Moshi serves Japanese cuisine, and is nestled inside Carmen. I ordered the tasting menu w/cocktails and it was an amazing meal. This review was long over due, one year to be exact, and I can’t recall all of the dishes. However, if you’re a foodie and appreciate small surprises in every dish, then I recommend the tasting menu.

It took us an hour to get our food (from 8-9pm) because the single waiter serving the entire restaurant was so busy and we had to re-order because he told us we could not get omakase. We did not receive basic items on the table like napkins. We tried to order a tuna roll and were told that they didn’t have tuna. We tried to order edamame and were told they were out. We ordered a salmon roll and it was extremely poor quality: a small, tough piece of salmon, lettuce instead of cucumber or avocado, and mayonnaise. Sushi rolls are not supposed to have mayonnaise. It was gross. We ordered an unagi bowl and it initially came with a tiny piece of unagi, despite the fact that we saw the people sitting next to us get large amounts of unagi in their bowls earlier. They took the bowl back and gave us the appropriate amount. They were clearly running out of ingredients. The server did not apologize to us, though he did offer us one free beverage (we were only drinking water) and removed the miso soups from our bill. I would not recommend this place. It is not clear why it has so many positive reviews. Perhaps we visited on an off night but I would advise customers not to risk it.
Nancy Pace: Unfortunately the worst dining experience of my life. Posting this because we followed the other reviews and I wish we hadn’t. They were understaffed and had run out of basic ingredients like tuna. The manager was openly arguing with one of the sushi chefs. We weren’t given a menu for 20 minutes and then didn’t get our food for another 30 minutes. We were told omakase wasn’t possible for us. The salmon roll was horrible in taste, was mostly rice and substituted lettuce for avocado. The ginger was also horrible and tasted like the person who prepared it had recently been to the bathroom and hadn’t washed their hands. When we were given our unagi bowl, the size of unagi we were given was the size of a coin. We asked for a proper amount of unagi and received two small pieces upon correction. For our terrible experience, we were offered a free drink and our miso soups were free. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant as it’s clearly new, unorganized, understaffed, not sufficiently supplied and poor quality. It’s a shame because the restaurant itself is beautiful.
