Life just gets too busy and it never becomes a priority for me. I needed to write that to put this review into perspective.With that being said, this is my 3rd time staying at this property. This property is breathtaking and pictures don’t do it justice. The management company has their business down to perfection. Every question or request I have had they have accommodated me. Being in another country can be a challenge at times and they made that process seamless.As for the location, we’ll…. I can have some of the best coffee in the city approximately 20 meters from the front lobby. Taxi’s are easy to get in about 30 seconds and most places I go are only a 15 minute ride.To sum up my 5 star review. Wonderful service, beautiful property, and amazing location! Whenever I’m in Barranquilla I refuse to stay anywhere else!

Everything was beautiful in the apartment. Very well equipped and definitely the comfort of their guest was a priority. Super quick response to everything! Rachel Ho: The apartment is in a perfect location and has all the amenities you need (including excellent air conditioning, which was very needed). However to me the best part of staying here was all the recommendations and suggestions we received from Barbara and Deborah. It was great to meet them both, as well as Benjamin who stopped by to say hello - quite rare these days to actually meet the people behind your B&B! Whether it was restaurant recommendations, suggestions for how best to visit Palenque, or arranging a trip for us to Rosario Islands, all three made our trip that much easier and more enjoyable. Also, big shout out to Yasmina who was there to help us out whenever we needed her!! Thank you all, we had a great time in Cartagena :-)

Abbey Charles: This little apartment was absolutely perfect for our trip, and exactly what we wanted: a centrally located place with a comfy bed, a good shower, and some cold air conditioning! Barbara was fantastic at communicating everything prior to our arrival, and provided us with some great information.We took a red-eye flight and landed in Cartagena early in the morning. Luckily, nobody had rented the apartment the day before, so we were able to check in early and get a short nap in before hitting the streets to explore. Despite our own inefficiencies with using our phones in a foreign country, Benjamin was easy to get a hold of and met us at the house after the housekeeper let us in (I think her name is Yvonne?). In the course of chatting with Benjamin, he asked about our plans for the week and offered to set us up with a day trip to the Rosario Islands. When the day came, he met us at the apartment and walked us over to the harbor, which was a huge relief given how busy it is there and how relatively terrible my Spanish is.While this isn't necessarily a comment on the apartment itself, I do love that they partner with local charities as a part of your experience. My husband and I are huge proponents for animal rescues and I was thrilled to be able to donate some of the dozens of extra dog goods to Cartagena Paws. Added benefit: the space they took up in my bag on the way down was perfect for storing all my purchases on the way back!If you're looking for something simple and convenient with attentive hosts who can help you explore the real Cartagena, you can't go wrong here!

Her communications were outstanding!Units were exactly as depicted--small (we rented a studio), but clean and a great location. We loved the access to outdoor spaces--both drinking our coffee in the morning on our balcony overlooking the street vendors, and having our cocktails in the afternoon on the roof deck. Easy walking distance to everything a tourist is looking to see in Cartagena.Would highly recommend.

Emmy Ivarsson: This studio was the perfect place for me and my husband during our four day stay in Cartagena. It was in the center of the walled city, had a kitchen nook for breakfast, a nice, clean space - perfect for the two of us - lovely bathroom, and a fun balcony to use for people watching. Was not bothered at all by the sometimes noisy street, as it was not heard from inside. Henry, the apartment manager, was there on time, and very pleasant and accommodating. We had everything we needed and loved the location. Also, an extra plus to Barbara, who reached out to us after they dates we had inquired about previously had had a cancellation.
