Alison Rooney: Stopped by recently as it was highly recommended. It is very over priced and there wasn’t any service there whatsoever. Hardly anyone was in the store and they staff seemed preoccupied. I bought two small items and they were overpriced for what they were. Suggest other spots in Cartagena.

Emily Howard: I went in to purchase an emerald piece. I had a price range in mind, and the staff was so kind and patient as I tried to decide between earrings, a necklace, and a ring. They let me try each piece on and shared prices clearly as I walked around. They were not pushy at all, and I had a very positive experience. If you’re going to purchase here, know that silver pieces will be less expensive (a necklace with 0.3 karat emerald around 175 USD). Yellow gold is more, around 400 for similar necklace, or earrings, or rings a little more.

Luis Angel Daza: Fui con mi pareja y tuvimos una muy mala experiencia.A la llegada del hotel, nos dimos cuenta que estaba un poco desorganizado porque estaban haciendo una construcción de un kiosco, cuando nos reciben nos dicen que no tienen servicio de restaurante, que si queríamos comer algo en la noche avisáramos con tiempo y nos podían hacer unas pastas de lo contrario debíamos ir a un centro comercial que queda a 15 min del lugar, para finalizar la piscina estaba completamente verde, sucia, sin mantenimiento.Queríamos visitar el parque porque nos venden una idea de desconexión y confort, pero lamentablemente nos llevamos un sin sabor.Nos ofrecieron devolución del dinero porque nunca nos comunicaron el estado del parque cuando hicimos las reserva, devolución que supuestamente hacían el mismo día, luego que 10 días hábiles, ya se cumplió el tiempo y no ha llegado la devolución y la respuesta a los mensajes que dejamos para saber cómo va el proceso deja mucho que decir, no dan solución
