Chuck Taylor: They will over charge you. A beer here cost 12.000 pesos, I paid 20.00 for it in the afternoon and when I went back later that night, they charged me 40.000 for a beer. The staff is on the wrong side of honest, and you can find better barsjust outside.

Francy Quintero: The truth is that they painted the Bar in a more welcoming and cool way. It is not like this. The place is always full of people, tickets are oversold and you can't walk, the atmosphere becomes uncomfortable, not even being able to order a drink.

Joe Kopeika: Staff was pleasant and friendly. Nobody truly speaks English but I could communicate. The rooms are a little disappointing. No balconies and zero view. My room faced a wall. Safe box was very scary. Not digital but a rusty box that I had to get a key and a lock...which was provided. I was very uncomfortable in the beginning but I adjusted and felt very safe there. AC was excellent and breakfast was just ok. There were insects all over the fruit and toaster. Juices tasted like water.Pool and bar area is very outdated but acceptable.I had a decent experience but would not return. It is not geared towards American standards but you do get a major culture shock if you're into that.Location was very good and the beach is by the pool but felt unsafe going because the literally harassing you when going outside pool gate. I'm glad I went but very happy to be home. I would not return.If you lose your room key which is a blank white card you will pay money but they won't necessarily give you a new key! Crazy!

Por mejorar: El horario de piscina entre semana es de 6:00pm, y teniendo en cuenta que a esta misma hora, la policía de Cartagena retira a las personas de la playa por seguridad, debería evaluarse ampliar el horario de piscina, como una alternativa de plan posterior.5. Las habitaciones son adecuadas y todos los días nos realizaron la debida limpieza. Nota: Sin embargo; en la pagina si se ven algo más lujosas.6. Definitivamente lo que sí se debe evaluar son los precios del bar, son exageradísimos por encima de hoteles 4 y 5 estrellas de la zona o de restaurantes de Cartagena, más aún cuando adicionan servicio y el impuesto al consumo, por lo que el valor total de una bebida resulta exorbitante.7. Durante nuestra estadía para el día viernes y sábado nos invitaron a una fiesta en la zona de piscina con dj en vivo, lo que me parece muy chévere, para tratar de animar a las personas, sin embargo; por el motivo mencionado en el numeral 6, creo que no genera tanto éxito y participación.

Juan David Ramírez: Es un hotel económico así que no se puede exigir demasiado el servicio es bueno las habitaciones tienen que tener mejor mantenimiento ya que tuve algunos inconvenientes con la llave del agua y con la puerta sin embargo es un buen hotel económico y estratégicamente ubicado ya que está frente al mar y está en toda la zona hotelera de la ciudad y tiene un buen lugar para apartar actividades dentro de Cartagena y la playa solamente queda cruzando la calle prácticamente al frente.Lo bueno es que es uno de los únicos hoteles Pet friendly que es económico en Cartagena.Rooms: Lo único malo son las habitaciones ya que les hace falta un poco mejor de mantenimiento pero en cuanto al servicio de limpieza es bueno.Nearby activities: Ahí mismo hay una agencia muy buena donde hay buenos precios para que agendes las actividades que quieras hacer.Food & drinks: Dentro del hotel ofrecen servicio de restaurante almuerzo y cena que es muy bueno y no es tan caro.Pero si vas a comer fuera para cenar asegúrate que sea temprano ya que la mayoría de restaurantes cierran tipo nueve de la noche 10 de la noche .
