The dress was returned because they were going to adjust it and it was still long in the waist, with bags at the waist and a strange shape on the chest. The truth is that something very expensive was paid for in the end not being able to use it. The only solution they give is that they should take it to a normal tailor to have it fitted, which they supposedly would do from the start when the measurements were taken. They sell dresses to sell nothing else.
