Serge Duhern: Worst possible experience in the whole city, bikes are falling apart, I wish I could give them zero starts. Valentina the attendant has no common sense, no customer service skills, no manners, rude and inexperienced. Please stay away from this place.
Rachel: This place rented us one speed bikes that were literally falling apart. One of my friends pedal completely fell off during our ride and he had to walk back. They refused to refund us saying that we had the bikes for 2 hours but we argued that the bike was only functioning for half an hour and we had to walk the rest of the way. My left pedal was lopsided and my other friend's could barely steer correctly. Absolute garbage. Save your money and walk. You'll have a better time.
