CRISTAL CRISTAL: Terrible service, I will never recommend it, in this pandemic they charged me $100,000 in interest for consecutive months for each month that I could not make the payment, it has been my worst nightmare having made commitments with this company, they are indolent, I explained my situation of being obese and hypertensive and not being able to go out, that my economic income decreased and I only reached for rent and food and none of that mattered, I have to pay because I am an honest person and if I did not do so I believed that as far as I live rented they would come to appropriate the house but Believe me, that ruthless robbery hurts me.
Viviana Amaya: They have beautiful products and some even have a good price, but I give them one star because there is no zero option. Terrible customer service, neither by phone nor through the website could they answer a simple question related to a product whose description was not clear, I suppose that after all for this company the customer is not that important. Disappointing!
