Cesar Sanabria: This is the worst airport I have ever been when I was departing one of the very rude lady's that work for spirit started calling some names and she called my name an my baby girls name that is 6 months old they took us to this very small space to do a tsa swap but guess what there was no tsa agent or nothing it was the same rude lady from spirit that did the swap after being 35 minutes inside that small place more and more people keep coming to get swap for sings of explosive I started to tell the lady to please let us out after the swap because there was way too many people and I was afraid that we may get sick since it was such a small place, she didn't care one bit after 40 minutes they finally took us out we got on our plane got home and two days later guess what I got covid my 6 months baby girls got it too had to take to the hospital and all my family is sick I am colombian and this experience was horrible.

Jordan Uffer: Vip service is much more than just a taxi service. I spent 2 and a half days with vip service and it was absolutely incredible. 1 day was a round trip tour to the beach. The driver was on time, got me there safely and handled everything. He even will watch your things when you want to go in the ocean! He also offers you free wifi through his phone which was a great bonus! Day 2 was a tour in the city where we went to the castle, a fort and an art area of the city which was beautiful (along with a few other stops) He offered to take me to another beach that day but I declined as I was too tired from all the fun! Lastly they were nice enough enough to arrange a ride from my hotel back to the airport for my departure so I didn’t have to worry about anything.Whatever you need vip service can provide and they are very flexible to your wants. N Villarreal: Duran Duran tours helped me coordinate several events for a week long work conference in Cartagena a few years ago. They helped me tremendously because I was planning this from Dallas, Texas and I had to put a lot of trust in them. My trust was not misplaced, they were incredible!! They planned an entire day's tour for 80 people (including transportation) plus they helped me with a rental of a catamaran with direct drop off at a restaurant for dinner. That night was amazing and everything went very smoothly. They made me look really good in front of our customers and my managers! At the end of the week Mr. Duran thanked me and said he was grateful because this was the first large tour group he'd managed since his business was fairly new. I would never have known it by their level of organization, service and professionalism. I loved Cartagena and if I ever go back Duran Duran Tours is who I'd call first!! Andrew Hatcher: This was perhaps one of the best tours we've ever participated in, anywhere in the world!We were picked up at our apartment by one of our hosts, Angel, and then driven out to the Bazurto Market to buy the ingredients for our lunch. This would have been worth the cost of the entire tour alone - the market covers a vast area, teeming with locals buying and selling goods of all kinds. Stepping into its maze-like interior is a little intimidating (especially if you're not fluent in Spanish!), but no worries - Angel guided us through the various shops and stalls, stopping to get us some tasty samples, shopping for produce and fresh fish, greeting various friends and acquaintances, and all the while providing us with all sorts of information (about the market, Cartagena, Colombia and a bit of his personal biography.Leaving the market, we then drove to his family's home in the Andalucia neighborhood. We were greeted there by his lovely wife, Maria, and her assistant, and then began preparing our meal. Our hosts made sure to keep the conversation flowing when they weren't instructing us, and, over the course of three hours, we all got to know a bit about each other (and, of course, Colombian cuisine!). With such pleasant company and plenty to do, time flew by and, seemingly before I knew it, it was time to eat!We were joined for lunch by Angel and Maria's son (I am SO sorry, but I can't recall the young man's name just now), a college student and very friendly young man. We all ate our delicious home-cooked meal together, and continued our great conversation throughout. When we were finished, we said our goodbyes (but not before they gave us a special parting gift!) and Angel and his assistant drove us back to our apartment in the Centro district.We spent about 9 days in Colombia, and I would say that this was the most enjoyable, most educational and most rewarding experience we had during our time there. I cannot recommend this tour (or any tour with Duran Duran) highly enough!

Patrik Holmberg: This is the worst experience I have ever had with a tour company anywhere in the world.We booked everything for Playa Blanca the day before at their office and continued talking to them over text messages during the night to confirm our pick up.Today, when we arrived the pick up wasnt there and they couldn't give us a new one. Apparently a public holiday today, something they did not tell us yesterday.We had to ask for every bit of information, or search for ourselves. No information was provided by the office/staff. They even tried to put the blame on us by saying we booked the wrong time, but in reality they gave us two different pick up time to choose from.The service was bad and it felt like they did nothing to make the situation better, like ordering us a taxi or something to fix the issue they have caused.I do not recommend using them at all, a time waster and bad experience.

Everything was excellent, from the time we were greeted coming off our cruise ship until we were dropped off at the conclusion of tour. Knowledgeable guide, interesting stops, an air conditioned van. Cost was better than what the cruise line offered and from what I understand it was far superior. I highly recommend Duran Duran.

oscar vivas: We start the attention is very bad, it attends two chases that do not know the menu they are friendly they try to do their service well, but they are not prepared to do what they do, the food is abundant but very bad simple and with basic ingredients, the pasta is fresh It's the only thing, the place is very small, the house wine is good, but it's EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, I think there are plenty of better restaurants in Cartagena at that cost, from what I noticed on the internet they have changed their name many times and type of food. In conclusion, don't give yourself a hard time and look for a better place.

I stayed in this hotel in May, my mother suffered an accident around the pool and this hotel does not have trained personnel, nor do they have any protocol for these cases. My mom fell silent and lost consciousness for a few minutes and the lifeguard who was nearby brought me a cream to spread. The lack of knowledge in an accident like this is noticeable, an ambulance was never called to immobilize her, I had to pick her up after she fell and take her to the hospital in a taxi. The result of the fall was 3 fractured ribs and a vertebra. So far I have not heard anything from the hotel or from the hotel insurance company. If you are looking for a safe site with a greater sense of responsibility. do not stay at the hilton in cartagena.

Liegen waren immer vorhanden.Upgrade auf Meerblick als Statusmitglied habe ich bekommem.Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern eingerichtet, auch gut zum Arbeiten ausgestattet.Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, gerade bei den lokalen Gerichten kann man fast jeden Tag was neues ausprobieren. Station für Omelett und frische Säfte.Executive Lounge von 12-20 Uhr geöffnet mit kleinen Snacks, Obst, Limonaden und Kaffeemaschine und durchgehend mit 2 freundlichen Mitarbeitern besetzt. 18-20 Uhr gibt es kleine warme Gerichte, Vorspeisen, Nachspeisen, Bier,Rotwein und Weisswein. Es war bis auf das Wochende nicht überlaufen und hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht.Zu Fuss kann man mehrere Restaurants und Bars erreichen und durch Bocagrande bummeln, Ich habe mich auch abends sicher gefühlt.
