Viajé sola a las islas del Rosario.Todo el personal fue extremadamente amable, me recogieron en mi hotel y me dejaron allí después. ¡Incluso tomaron fotos y videos durante la inmersión sin costos adicionales! (En otros países me han cobrado bastante, y por persona). Un agradecimiento especial a Junior por esto :)Las instrucciones estaban en inglés pero también Juan se tomó el tiempo de traducirlas al español y siempre asegurándose de que todos en el grupo las siguieran. Trabajan en grupos pequeños para que se sienta acogedor.Nos explicaron de antemano qué esperar y tuvieron la paciencia de mostrarnos la diversidad de los corales en el Parque Nacional Rosario.Algo que me encanta es que al bucear con ellos estamos contribuyendo a las iniciativas de conservación de los corales, promueven el ecoturismo trabajando directamente con las comunidades locales y son parte del programa de buceo adaptado para personas con discapacidad. ¡¡Muy recomendable!!

Hubert Kettenberger: Vine aquí por un paquete de cinco inmersiones, incluida una inmersión nocturna. Todo estaba muy bien organizado, seguro y bien mantenido. felipe niño: Pretty amaizing experience. Comunication was perfect. Pick up was perfect travel to the island in order. The diving itself was amazing, we went to Isla Grande, not that many fish but hust seeing the corals was amazing, so many different shapes and colors are beautiful to see. The team and diving guide LEA was super friendly and very helpful. The island itself was so amazing to bad we couldnt stay there longer.

Kristen Nelson: I would highly recommend the 5-dive package if you have the time! All of the instructors were great as well as the dives all being something a little different and exciting. But the night dive was incredible! They pick you up and drop you off at your hotel and we were able to watch the sunset out on the water before the night dive. Such a cool experience that I would definitely do again!!
c brown: My Diving Planet divemaster lost me on the dive. This is one of the most serious failures of a dive master. As a result, I was floating in the ocean alone without anyone. I was unable to swim against the current. My life was in danger and I was very worried. In addition, my divemaster did not check my dive belt weights and I was not able to submerge. Our return boat ride back from the Rosario Islands to Cartagena was brutal. If you have a bad back, do NOT take this Rosario Islands dive or snorkel because the boat ride will exacerbate your back pain. While having the opportunity to drive in the wake of another boat to smooth out the ride, the boat driver did not do so.Booked through Cartagena Concierge. They will not help you.

I do have to give a special shoutout to my instructor Lea who went above and beyond to teach me and make me feel comfortable under water. Amazing experience.p.s. Kim Uittenbosch: We chose a 5 dive package on the Rosario Islands and we really enjoyed it. Very professional run dive outfit with good rental equipment. The boats were big and comfortable. We especially liked the night dive in which we saw a Spanish Slipper Lobster.
Dan Wick: The entire day was a wonderful experience. Andres and his entire team were professional and very focused on each person being taken care of. Very thing was well organized and the staff were attentive to everyone’s needs. The diving was great. They took us to beautiful sites, the equipment was very good and the groups were small so everyone received attention. There was good and personal attention to every detail from registration to return. It was a complete day and not just a couple dives. We highly recommend Diving Planet and look forward to going again.
John McA: I had an absolutely fantastic day diving with Diving Planet Cartagena. You need to do this. I entered their office and booked a day of scuba diving for the following day. The employees were very helpful and informative. English was spoken. Later that evening I received a message letting know where we were to meet.It took about 1 hour to take their boat from Cartagena to their resort on the Rosario Islands. There we received our gear and a talk about our day ahead. The gear was new. My bc and mask worked great. Our two dives averaged 12-15 meters depth and approxately 40 minutes each. We drifted one reef and circled a second reef. Plenty of fish to be seen. My dive master Leia was knowledgeable and attentive.They served a wonderful lunch afterwards at the resort. Very tasty with a choice for vegetarians/vegans too.If I had the time I'd have gone the next day too.

Mars Elinho: Highly recommended! We stayed one month with Tata & Team for Kitesurfing and it was a truly awesome experience, which we will never forget. The school is distinguished from the other schools, it lies about half a kilometer down from the bulk of kite schools, so there is much more space on the water. Also, the attached restaurant is just the best in La Boquilla. Tata & Team are the maximum possible of friendliness, helpfulness and they are very good teachers. Prices are very reasonable, you won’t get more Kitesurfing for less money anywhere else. The wind in late January-February was superb, 90%+ kiteable days.

Alexa Shuman: I wish I could give them one more star. Everything from the quality of gear to the quality of service is top notch. I would recommend this outfit to a first time beginner coming to learn to friends who are experienced kiters wanting to rent good gear while they are in Cartagena. The school is attached to a wonderful area where you can hang out afterwards and have a beer - enjoy the sunset. There are showers and clean bathrooms as well.

Joshua Stega: Studio was a little hard to find as it is located in the courtyard behind Juan Valdez coffee shop. The vinyasa class was great, well instructed in both english and espanol. The studio is small but well setup (pretty full with 6 people). Enjoyable class, I will be back.

The island was beautiful, communication was amazing beforehand and we had the most relaxing time. Our instructor, Sol, was a fabulous teacher. The meals provided by Ligia were fabulous. The house and bedroom view was amazing, as was seeing all the animals in the Oceanario!! If you are looking to rejuvenate and feel refreshed, I highly recommend this retreat!

Fin de su contribución.Claro, ella le dio algunas instrucciones a mi novio, tan básicas que yo habría podido hacer lo mismo gratis.Dado que mi novio y yo teníamos 2 niveles diferentes, no aprendí nada nuevo.Cereza en la parte superior, comenzamos tarde a buscar el control remoto del aire acondicionado, pero no recuperamos el tiempo al final. Y para ser honesto, dado el tipo de experiencia, no estaba demasiado triste.Leí muchas críticas positivas, estoy seguro de que si tomas lecciones de 14 h, hacen una mejor inversión en los clientes.Pero esto no es una clase privada, es una bonita y colorida trampa para turistas.

El instructor... que es muy amable... nos mostró secuencias de 4 conteos de 7 de una sola vez. ¡Eso era demasiado para recordar! Luego, sin que todos supiéramos los pasos, agregó otra cuenta de 7 con un giro. Salí. No me estaba divirtiendo y no quería pagar por la confusión. Se sentía como la situación de la tía Viv en Fresh Prince of Bel Aire. Solo estoy en Cartagena para divertirme. No competir en un estudio de baile de alto nivel. Mi sugerencia es introducir 1 secuencia de 7 cuentas a la vez. Observe si los estudiantes se han dado cuenta. Luego añádelo. Ir al ritmo de los alumnos. No necesitas apresurarte. Me divertí en la lección privada.

Quería mejorar mis habilidades con la salsa y la bachata en mis vacaciones en Cartagena, ¡y eso es exactamente lo que Crazy Salsa School hizo por mí!Tuve tanta suerte y felicidad de tener a Esteban y Ruben como mis propios profesores privados. Esos 4 días estuvieron llenos de diversión y desafíos, ya que mis maestros personalizaron cada lección exactamente en lo que quería trabajar y su evaluación de lo que necesitaba aprender.Estos dos muchachos me alentaron a través de mis frustraciones y estaban tan emocionados como yo cuando finalmente obtuve los pasos en los que estábamos trabajando. Fueron infinitamente pacientes y alentadores, e increíblemente hábiles para desbloquear pequeños pero importantes cambios para ayudarme a hacer los pasos con éxito.Estos maestros me hicieron hacer movimientos que nunca pensé que podría hacer. No todos los grandes bailarines pueden enseñar; estos muchachos (y también Natalia, quien enseñó una gran lección de estilo) hacen ambas cosas de manera brillante. Y la propietaria, Esmeralda, fue increíblemente receptiva y flexible con la programación. Ella me permitió programar según mis planes para el día siguiente. A un precio razonable, maravillosamente enseñado, ¡Crazy Salsa debería ser tu casa de baile en Cartagena!
Heena Patel: Excelente clase de salsa con un recorrido por el bar para practicar después. Mi instructor Esteban fue increíble. Explicó bien los pasos. Luego fuimos a dos bares y se nos unió otro instructor donde practicamos lo que habíamos aprendido y tomamos algunas bebidas gratis en el camino.Mi única recomendación sería que podría ser bueno tener un instructor femenino y masculino en el bar para ayudar a ambos géneros a practicar.¡Definitivamente recomendaría este Salsa Tour!

I did not feel in confidence with her. She was judgy, having an attitude that does not favor to be relaxed.Despite that, I had Ruben, and this guy is incredible. A great teacher and a very funny guy! Jonny West: Me and my girlfriend had an incredible time with Andrés (SUP) and Carlos (sunset kayak). Although I don't speak much Spanish, Andrés was very patient and spoke very good english himself, and Carlos was also a great communicator when it came to giving instructions. It was a very good set up in a very nice location and they were both very attentive all 4 times we were with them. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!We would 100% go to them again if we were ever back in Cartagena!

Andrew Kalter: Great experience renting two kayaks on March 28, 2022. Andres was very knowledgeable and helpful to get us going. He had all the proper gear for true ocean kayaking including an extra paddle, tow rope, pump, etc. Very nice boats with rudders that moved pretty fast. Just a word of caution, if you are not experienced in the ocean and getting through the surf you may want to take a group tour. I think anyone who is a whitewater kayaker should be okay but you need to know the waves and wind if you go many miles from the start.

Ruben Lopez: I did the 360 Tierra Bomba all day tour and it was by far the best thing I did in Cartagena. If you like outdoor activities this is a must do when you visit this beautiful city. Our guide Andres was very nice, made my girlfriend and I feel safe and comfortable at all times. Next time I'm in town for the holidays I will be booking a multi-day trip for sure.

I S.: Premières leçons de Kitesurf (9h+2h). Felipe est un instructeur très sérieux et patient. Il m'a donné de très bons conseils pour progresser mais aussi sur la sécurité. Je me suis senti très en confiance avec eux. J'y retournerai sans hésiter !PS: Pour venir/repartir depuis Cartagena il y a un bus VehiTrans qui passe toutes les 20-30minutes sur la route d'à côté pour 2600COP.

It was my first time ever trying it, so definitely don’t feel like you have to be experienced in order to participate. Jose Fernandez: Stayed here for 7 days and it was a great spot! The location is great and the sunset pool Terrance is where I wanted to spend most of my time. The rooms were spacious and the staff super attentive! Luiyis the front door guy was Super helpful and knowledgeable in not letting us get scammed by the taxi’s! Good looking out Luiyis! Didn’t try the restaurant food but the drinks were good!
Stephanie Jackson: I was warmly greeted as I arrived and the service from the staff was excellent throughout my stay. Marabelis and Fabian were particularly gracious. As an IHG member, I was able to score a massage upon arrival after a long trip to get there, and the Spa staff was great. The many bellhops, porters, and security staff made sure I was taken care of in my comings and goings from the hotel. As a solo traveler, I definitely felt safe there.The hotel was clean and modern and seemed well-kept. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The only critique was the bathroom doors, while fabulously designed, when open, blocked the entrance to the water closet. And it took a while for the water to get hot.I had breakfast daily and the buffet had a variety of pastries, fruits, juices, cereals, and hot foods, as well as an omelet station. Room service was delivered quickly with everything ordered. The cocktails were always good! The pool was clean, the area was kept tidy, and the water was a nice temperature.When I visit Cartagena again, I will certainly stay at the Intercontinental, and suggest others do, too!
