Erica Rothman: Kristy was a great guide to not only the food but also the history of Cartagena. Wear sneakers and come hungry because there is a ton of food on this tour! Will definitely recommend to my friends who visit.

Kristi Vanskiver (Whisky Wanderlust): Kristy was an amazing guide and extremely helpful when trying to accomodate our vegan friend on the street food tour. There is really limited options for a vegan but she really made us all feel welcome and included. She is a wealth of knowledge on history and culture of Cartagena and makes the information fun and engaging. I really couldn't recommend the tour more. It's way more than just a food tour!

The tour guide was friendly and accommodating (I had forgotten to mention my mango allergy at registration like I was supposed to). We were introduced to the local favorite stalls and spots that we never would have found on our own. Delicious tour, and we got to take some great photos of the colorful neighborhoods. Highly recommend the tour and this agency!

Planning our tours was hassle free and communication through WhatsApp was quick.Daniel showed us around the Bazurto Market, he shared history while showing us the market, sampling local fruit, snacks, and some hidden gems. We finished with lunch, which was some of the most delicious food we had during our trip to Colombia.We also booked a private boat tour of the Rosario Islands, where Ana helped coordinate our day and itinerary. She made everything so easy and since our group speaks very limited Spanish, she was well appreciated through out the day.Everything worked out so well, the guides were excellent, these two tours exceeded our expectations and were the most fun activities during our trip to Colombia!
Hollie Evans: What a cool experience! If you're lucky, Dan will be your guide. A super cool local with great vibes. He will take you to spots that you would otherwise walk right past and not notice. He will take you to try 2 types of arepas, empenadas, deditos and much more, beer included! The response I got via email was about the tour including beach time, lunch etc. I replied saying that I was not interested in the tour. They said fine they would look if the transport was available. Never got back to me. Update your website if not offering the service and don't waste people's time.
Elizabeth Grewe: Had the best experiences with Cartagena Connections! They set us up with a coffee tasting at Cafe Del Mural that completely changed how we thought about coffee. Unforgettable, delicious, very educational. Then we did a market tour with Dan, he was so friendly and knew the maze of the alleys and stalls well. Definitely go with a guide. Dan had great vibes and helped us buy produce. He made sure we got to try local juice and fruit and surprised us with a souvenir at the end, a customized poster from a local artist. Communication with March at CC before, during and after the experiences was friendly, responsive and helpful. Recommend working with them for all sightseeing and touristic needs!
Joyell Arvella: Terrible customer service. I received a response to my interest in the horse riding experience and never heard from anyone after that. I sent multiple emails confirming the experience I wanted, asked if it was still available and never heard back from anyone. Do not waste your time with this company. There are better ones in Cartagena.

Shagun Mohan: Very underwhelmed considering it is #10 best bar in the world. Significant lack of cocktails presentation and taste. The drinks are good, but not amazing. We had high hopes for this place based on their ranking but this bar fell significantly short.

Se for pelo lugar até vale, o conjunto infelizmente foi muito frustrante. Fomos em 3 pessoas, todos trabalham ou já trabalharam com coquetelaria, tomamos 3 coquetéis e fomos embora pq o serviço não nos estimulou a ficar.

Andreas Ramsauer: Tried to make a reservation, which was not possible as they do not reserve any seats. As a couple in our 40s we were guided to the Bar, even as there were no free seats, so we had to stand for more than an hour. Several - tiny - tables were free. When i asked for a table i was informiered that they hold it for larger groups (who never showed up within the hour we stayed). The Drinks were not mixed fresh but ready Mixed and kept in plastic Containers in the fridge.I have been working in Tourism for more than 25 years and visited the best Bars worldwide. This Bar ist clearly not among them, in fact there are even better Bars in Cartagena. Overall just a Tourist Trap, serving Drinks below average with bad service…

En la sala de espera hay algunos locales de comida pero en las otras secciones sólo hay cafeterías. Por fuera del aeropuerto se encuentran algunos negocios para poder comer.

Jose Fernandez: Stayed here for 7 days and it was a great spot! The location is great and the sunset pool Terrance is where I wanted to spend most of my time. The rooms were spacious and the staff super attentive! Luiyis the front door guy was Super helpful and knowledgeable in not letting us get scammed by the taxi’s! Good looking out Luiyis! Didn’t try the restaurant food but the drinks were good!
Stephanie Jackson: I was warmly greeted as I arrived and the service from the staff was excellent throughout my stay. Marabelis and Fabian were particularly gracious. As an IHG member, I was able to score a massage upon arrival after a long trip to get there, and the Spa staff was great. The many bellhops, porters, and security staff made sure I was taken care of in my comings and goings from the hotel. As a solo traveler, I definitely felt safe there.The hotel was clean and modern and seemed well-kept. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The only critique was the bathroom doors, while fabulously designed, when open, blocked the entrance to the water closet. And it took a while for the water to get hot.I had breakfast daily and the buffet had a variety of pastries, fruits, juices, cereals, and hot foods, as well as an omelet station. Room service was delivered quickly with everything ordered. The cocktails were always good! The pool was clean, the area was kept tidy, and the water was a nice temperature.When I visit Cartagena again, I will certainly stay at the Intercontinental, and suggest others do, too!

Stephane Mongrain: Face à la mer, seulement la rue à traverser. Les chambres sont très bien et assez grandes et bien insonorisée. La piscine est belle et assez grande. Latasha Brown: I stayed at Hyatt Regency Cartagena for 6 days,just got back on July 10th..I had an awesome time!!This hotel is clean ,staff is wonderful and helpful!a lot of the restaurants were booked where I wanted to go for my birthday and the front desk employee gave a great suggestion!!Ana restaurant in the walled city !it was so goooddd!!it’s not far from the walled city at all and a Uber is literally $2 USD .there’s a supermarket close by and a liquor store like a 5 min walk..I loved this hotel & will def stay again when I return.The only thing I would recommend to the hotel is get some entertainment..maybe some live music on weekends and music by the pool (there was music at pools but volume was too low for my liking)But def stay here it’s awesome !!Habitaciones: I had an ocean view king room ..view was awesome !!
Patricia Malone: Beautiful hotel. The resort pass was good but was not able to get our massages that came with the cabana resort pass. All other amenities and lunch was great. A wonderful to spend the day waiting for your house. The staff were great and super helpful. Would book massage in advance and wish #Resort Pass had mentioned to do so.Comidas y bebidas: Amazing 2 course lunch for the value. Pricey for Colombia standards but a cabana with my lunch, welcome drink and massage (book in advance) well worth the $225 for 3 people.
Madlu L: The only problem with location, it's that when it rains, all streets surrounding the hotel get flooded, as well as the surroundings, you can not walk around.

Her customer experience skills are superb.We arrived a couple of hours before checking, she graciously provided a hospitality room for us to change our clothes. While we were out exploring the city, she had our luggage conveniently transported to our room and emailed me. I appreciate the level of service she provided!Habitaciones: We booked a suite and it was just what we needed; 2 rooms 1 master and 2nd room with 2 twin size beds. Balcony overlooking the water. The pullout couch was super convenient for our family of 5 and the room was spacious.Seguridad: One of the reasons we decided to stay at the Hyatt was for safety purposes. We have stayed at the Hyatt in other countries and felt extremely safe.I like the idea of having to take 2 sets of hotels to get tothe room. This provides a layer of security bc you gave to go to the main lobby to access the room elevator.Posibilidad de caminar: The hotel is conveniently located in Boca Grande, next to a mall with many shops and in front of a grocery store. It's a couple of mins away via Uber to the Walled City.Comidas y bebidas: We had room service, the food was good and priced reasonably. The drinks by the pool were amazing. We ordered mojitos and they were great!

Luiza Souza Correa: Gustavo, our guide, spoke good English and it was very knowledgeable. He made the tour seem fun even under extremely hot cartagena sun. He answered most of our questions well. We had the tour in the morning and it was just us. It felt like a private tour (this also puts some pressure to tip more, since there was no one else there to tip him).

Gillian Evans: We were a little apprehensive on what the tour would be like as never been to Columbia before but as soon as we saw Gustavo we could see what a pleasant young man he was.He gave us a very informative, animated and amusing tour. We also love meeting the story behind the locals we meet . Gustavo had such great interpersonal skills we assumed he was born into a privileged family. Not so. he has obviously worked hard, completing a history degree and wants to have a career in tourism. Heartwarming to see a young man with ambition and his mum and grandmother must be very proud of him.The only tip I would give the company is to tell customers on booking they should only pay $10.00 for a taxi ride from the cruise ship and have the right money as they don’t have change (Gustavo told us after we paid $25.00) and that the square to meet is through the yellow clock tower as when we first arrived it was a bit bewildering as you do get hassled by others in the town and not speaking the language difficult to get directions.Thank you for a great tour and woukd have tipped more than the $40.00 had we not paid so much for a taxi!

Llegamos al lugar, tres sillas de plastico, camarones no muy frescos y salsa muy comun. Habian vagabundos al lado y no se sentia nada bien el ambiente.Por el mismo precio la noche anterior nos comimos uno delicioso en la ciudad amurallada en un restaurante muy lindo donde el ceviche venia fresco y presentable, preparado frente a nosotros, no como en este lugar. Para nada fue el mejor ceviche de Cartagena.
