Una hora y media de espera desde que tomaron mi pedido y durante todo ese tiempo nadie se acercó a la mesa a ofrecer una explicación por la demora... ¡Lo peor es que nunca llegó!. Simplemente decidí irme sin comer, porque noté que atendieron primero a una pareja que llegó después de mi. Se nota que están enfocados en atender primeramente los domicilios antes que a los comensales presentes en el lugar. La atención es pésima por la notoria falta de experiencia de las meseras. Jamás recomendaría ir a este chuzo de pacotilla.

Jill Kuri: Cuando uno va a Cartagena no piensa en ramen pero nos dio curiosidad y encontramos este restaurante en maps. Quedé gratamente sorprendida, es el ramen más sabroso que hemos probado en mucho tiempo. Se nota que es auténticamente japonés. Fuimos en un horario tranquilo así que nos atendieron muy rápido. Además de la comida venden recuerdos. Totalmente recomendable.

Sandra: This place was quite a surprise. Firstly, my family and I walked into Carmen hoping to snatch a table for an early dinner. Well, with no reservation that plan backfired.Thankfully, the staff suggested Moshi. Moshi serves Japanese cuisine, and is nestled inside Carmen. I ordered the tasting menu w/cocktails and it was an amazing meal. This review was long over due, one year to be exact, and I can’t recall all of the dishes. However, if you’re a foodie and appreciate small surprises in every dish, then I recommend the tasting menu.

Romina Rojas: Lamentablemente la experiencia fue mala, de todo lo que pedimos llegó la mitad, el mesero se olvidó de un plato y del jugo de limón de mi hija de dos años que estaba con mucha sed. Esperemos harto rato creyendo que llegarían los productos solicitados pero no, no llegaron, nos preguntaron si llevaban la cuenta y ahí revie dijimos lo que había pasado, cosa que no pudieron resolver. La comida relativamente buena, nada del otro mundo. Espero mejoren chicos.

I tried to give the benefit of the doubt that I'm in a neighborhood of Cartagena.The cleanliness may work for a local but if you're from America or something like that, you might not be able to do this spot.Not sure if I would come out here for sushi. Maybe if you're near the airport, like I was, and have a flight to catch soon and want to be close.

Jessica: If you want sushi, this place is a safe choice. Its hard to find good sushi in Colombia, I'm very glad I came here. The soy sauce is actually salty (and not sweet which seems to be common), the portions are good, there is pickled ginger and wasabi.The restaurant has airconditioning and a fresh and clean bathroom. They play pop music, maybe would have preferred some calmer accoustics.I ordered philadelphia rolls without cream cheese plus water which was 32 000 + 6 000 =38 000. Very good value and I was full after the meal!
