Stefan L: Bonito pub con muchos detalles geniales en las paredes. Hay varias cervezas recién tiradas y cervezas embotelladas, y también hay varios bocadillos y platos. La comida se veía deliciosa. Las bebidas llegaron rápidamente y el personal siempre fue amable, rápido y atento a pesar de las grandes multitudes (juego de Colombia).Hay suficientes televisores para que puedas ver el partido desde cualquier lugar.

We went for a quick drink one afternoon.The drinks weren’t that quick and compared to some places, are quite expensive. I ordered a mojito and was told it was happy hour so buy one, get on free. They only brought out the one mojito out with the other drinks and then asked if I wanted the second one when everyone was ready to go. Not exactly a great offer 🙄.It’s an alright place but there are better places in the area.

Kyle McLaughlin: Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Taste beers before you try them, they even had an IPA made from coca leaves! Sushi menu was limited at the time, may have been the time of night, though. Clean bathrooms as well.

Monika Camfrlová: The beers in this bar are the best I tried in Colombia, huge selection as they have more than 15 beers on tap. Also, I can't forget to mention the amazingly friendly staff especially Vanessa and David. If you are a craft beer fan, defenitely don't miss out on this experience.

Rudi H-J: An absolutely awesome bar with a great atmosphere and a large range of craft beers to choose from. My friend and I tried 15 beers in a beer tasting experience. Big shoutout to David, one of the bartenders who talked us through all the beers; where they came from, how they were made and generally provided great service. Definitely worth a visit!

Ing. Libardo Calderón (Dj Libardo Calderon): Es inevitable comparar esta sede nueva con la anterior. Evidentemente esta nueva sede no ofrece las mismas comodidades. Probé un par de cocteles en la promo, buenos, normalitos (6/10), antes eran mejores, le falta más visibilidad a su acceso que es muy pequeño, se rescata que tiene una bella vista en su pequeño rooftop hacia la torre del reloj. Volveré para probar acá las alitas y mi favorito el Appetizer Sampler... Les estaré contando!

Gustavo Piazza: Comparte el edificio con The Clock Bar, usando el tercer piso y la terraza. El dia que fuimos pasaban rock en el tercer piso, con banda en vivo. Creo que por ser fin de semana. Y en la terraza musica colombiana con banda en vivo y cuando se fue la banda, un DJ pasaba musica tecno. Lindo ambiente y muy linda la terraza con vista a la torre del reloj.

stefano beninati: The drinks and staff here are absolutely amazing. If youre looking for late night drinks and good pub fair look no futher. Whether you're staying next door to the holiday inn or catching an uber you wont be disappointed. Kitchen is open late and you have to try the "bull dogs" drink in different options. Highly recommend for a fun night with friends, family or business affairs. Let loose and enjoy the atmosphere. You wont be disappointed, ask for the bulldog, ask for viviana!

Paul Joldersma: The "rhon y coca cola" had a half shot of cheap rum if that, and was the most expensive I've had in Cartagena (12,000 pesos). They had the music pumped up to the point where we couldn't think let alone carry on a conversation. Worst lounge experience I've had so far in Cartagena. If you want good food and drink go to Arepas Pues down the street. Family owned for thirty years, they care about their customers and have pride in their craft. Lisa Fan: My friends and I had drinks at El Arsenal: The Rum Box while visiting Cartagena and we had a wonderful experience! The rum and cocktails were both amazing, and the atmosphere was nice and intimate (and not too loud). Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond to provide good service, even giving us multiple food and drink items on the house (rum, chocolate, peppers to snack on). Would highly recommend visiting!

Gregory Medeiros: We visited El Arsenal for late-night drinks and had a wonderful experience. Our server Rolo was patient and walked us through the menu, recommending items based on flavors we enjoy. They also treated us to a free rum and chocolate as well as shishito peppers - above and beyond service.
erika samaniego: I loved this restaurant so much. I made a reservation online and they had a table with my name on a led light cinema box (I think that’s what those are called?). We also received two rounds of free shots of their own rum with little pieces of chocolate and explained to us where the rum came from and why it tastes better with the chocolate. The servers were the sweetest!!I think they also gave us a complimentary sweet pepper, I was so drunk I can’t really remember.

Cristian Diaz: We had the pleasure of having Joel and Olga wait on us. This is an elegant, trendy, welcoming place. Upon getting started Joel offered us a complimentary rum tasting which was great and paired with a bite of chocolate.My wife and I got some appetizers, fried green tomatoes for her and carimañolas de queso for me, which were delicious. We got some cocktails that were all tasty and rum-based. For the main course I got the grilled chicken breast with mushrooms in a mushroom sauce with fries and sauteed sliced veggies which was amazing. I don't know what they do to cook the chicken, but it was perfectly juicy and the sauce was next level. My wife ordered the Lomito Caribeño, a steak based dish, which was also good; the chicken with mushrooms was the star for sure, my wife wanted to steal my dish.Afterwards Olga gave us a complimentary tasting of another aged rum paired with a high cacao percentage chocolate; the tasting was delicious and the pairing worked very well.This place is well worth multiple visits. The food and drinks are top notch and service from Olga and Joel was top class as well.
